Research On The Impact Of Innovative Development Models Of Traditional Agricultural And Animal Husbandry Enterprises On Stock Prices From The Perspective Of Value Investment

China is currently through a new phase of economic development mode transition and industrial structure upgrading,with firms steadily taking the lead in the market economy.Enterprise transformation and development path selection are major difficulties as the economic system reform deepens.The development momentum of traditional industries tends to dry up,and the problems of overcapacity and slowdown in growth are becoming more and more prominent.With it are the rising new fields and new business forms,resulting in the growth of financial demand to maintain the real economy.In this case,M & A can promote the re integration of resource elements,optimize the allocation,effectively promote the adjustment of industrial structure and reduce the imbalance between production and demand.Based on the existing literature and combined with the national carbon-neutral innovation and development strategy,this paper examines the impact of Tongwei’s innovative development model of "fishing and light integration" on stock prices from the perspective of value investment.On the basis of covering value investment theory and stock valuation theory,the literature on the impact of a value investment approach on stock price is sorted out in this study,the impact of innovation and development on stock price and the impact of synergy on stock price.Then,Tongwei Co.,Ltd.is selected as the case study object,which expounds the current development status of Tongwei Co.,Ltd.,introduces Tongwei’s unique "fishing light integration" development mode,and the reasons for Tongwei’s innovative transformation,namely "agriculture,animal husbandry and photovoltaic".In order to further study the impact of the innovative development model on the stock price of Tongwei shares,through the analysis of the synergy effect of the merger and acquisition of the dual main businesses of "agriculture + new energy" of Tongwei shares,this paper discusses the management synergy,business synergy,financial synergy and value synergy of non-financial factors of Tongwei shares,and discusses the differences in the impact of the innovative development of Tongwei shares and the stock price of traditional agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises,the advantages of Tongwei shares and how to realize the increase of enterprise value through the integration of the two industries provide advanced ideas for the strategic layout and optimization of industrial upgrading path of similar enterprises in the capital market.Finally,using the dividend discount model and P / E ratio model in the stock pricing theory to calculate the internal value of Tongwei shares,on the one hand,test the accuracy of the valuation method,on the other hand,guide investors away from "speculation" and turn to long-term value investment.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn through case analysis: the synergy released by Tongwei’s innovative development model effectively promotes the rise of stock price and market value,surpassing the traditional agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises;The "integration of fishing and light" development model forms the unique competitive advantage of Tongwei shares.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward.The first is to give suggestions to traditional agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises: clarify the strategic layout of enterprises and make rational use of M & a means;The second is the suggestion to investors:Tongwei shares have more investment value than traditional agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises,and we need to pay close attention to the possible risks in enterprise transformation.
