Study On The Innovative Talents In Agriculture Based On The Theory Of Human Capital

As early as twenty years ago,Deng Xiaoping,the leader of reform and opening up,pointed out that "science and technology is the first production",the key to promoting scientific and technological progress and improving productivity is innovative talent.In today's intense competition of globalization,how to cultivate innovative talents to promote social and economic development in C hina have become the focus of education reform and practice.The innovation experiment class is one of the innovative practices of the model of higher education in C hina,and it is the base for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.Since “The Test plan of top-notch students Training in basic disciplines” was proposed to train top-notch innovative talents in 2009,this plan had began to cause the major colleges and universities to explore innovation classes.However,in terms of agricultural personnel training,is the agricultural innovation talent cultivated in higher agricultural colleges conform to the needs of agricultural modernization at this stage? What are the factors that are affected? The answer to this series of questions have important theoretical and practical significance for the improvement and development of the agricultural innovation class in colleges and the development direction of the agricultural system reform in the future.In this paper,through the analyzes the employment information statistics and graduation intention of the 2016 th session graduates of the agronomy Dingying innovation class and ordinary class in South China Agricultural University.It is found that continuing education is the first choice for most students,and direct employment,self-employment Other options only a small part.The students of innovative class choose to be graduate students mainly because colleges emphasize the goal of training graduate students.Although the cultivation of agricultural postgraduates may meet the current agricultural technicians,agricultural scientists,but the single type of personnel training mode can't make the agricultural entrepreneurs,managers of agricultural and agricultural policy makers,which does not match the training of agricultural talents and social demand for innovative talents in agricultural colleges.However,what causes the students' grad uation results to be out of line with the social needs,namely,what are the causes that affect the cultivation of agricultural creative talents?According to the theory of human capital,the production process of human capital is only the formation process of human capital,and the effectiveness of human capital depends on whether it has an external mechanism to encourage it.As a priority goal,the educational system plays a more important role than the methodology in the behavior and behavior of the partners in the educational context.Therefore,this paper discusses the reasons for the cultivation of agricultural innovative talents from the point of view of the system of management and operation in universities,and the empirical research methods which are helpful for interviews and questionnaires.Research shows that,under the management system of education policy,teaching system emphasizes personnel training and evaluation system of single compound talents evaluation is to ignore the cultivation of innovative talents is an important factor restricting agricultural development.In the face of agricultural talents of current agriculture to deepen the system reform,the construction of the new urbanization needs,we need to attach great importance to the teaching mode of cross disciplinary reconstruction,then establish the "academy" management system and new evaluation system.The paper hopes these suggestions can contribute to the reform of talent training mode of honors programs for the South C hina Agricultural University and other universities.
