The organic floating island water surface composite planting and breeding model is based on the organic floating island as the main support,and is a new production mode combining farming and planting.In view of the problems of high labor intensity and long working hours in the production process of this model,this study designs and manufactures an organic floating island intelligent planting and breeding equipment system,and conducts work parameters and performance index tests.This research relies on the Hainan Provincial Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund Project(519QN289)and the Innovation Team Project of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences(19CXTD-31).The specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the agricultural technology requirements of the organic matter floating island water surface compound planting and breeding model,the design plan of the intelligent planting and breeding machine was innovatively proposed and a prototype was developed.Mainly optimize the design and selection of key components such as traction device,feeding/seeding device and frame,and conduct static analysis of the frame through finite element software to verify that the frame structure design is reasonable and meets the strength requirements.(2)Combined with the microporous aeration and oxygenation method,an intelligent oxygenation system for organic matter floating islands is designed,including structures such as aerators and solar water monitoring probes.Combined with the dual-mode theory and the two-zone mass transfer model,the oxygen-enhancing process was theoretically analyzed,and the key factors affecting the oxygen-enhancing effect were found,and the equipment was selected based on the test results.According to the mathematical model of turbulent diffusion concentration distribution,the optimal aeration stone installation interval is 0.56 m.(3)Carry out the best sowing working parameter test of the integrated planting and breeding machine.The organic floating island intelligent planting and breeding integrated machine is used as the test platform,and the motor speed,sowing height,and opening and closing angle are selected as influencing factors.Accuracy was used as the evaluation index to carry out orthogonal test,and through response surface analysis and regression equation,the obtained results were optimized and analyzed,and the optimal seeding parameters were finally determined.(4)Carry out the best feeding working parameter test of the integrated planting and breeding machine.Taking the organic floating island intelligent planting and breeding integrated machine as the test platform,the motor speed,feeding height,and opening and closing angle are selected as influencing factors,and the feeding uniformity variation The coefficient and feeding accuracy were used as evaluation indexes to conduct orthogonal experiments,and the results were optimized and analyzed by response surface analysis and regression equation,and the optimal feeding parameters were finally determined.(5)Carry out the performance test of the organic matter floating island intelligent aerator and water monitoring probe.The results show that compared with other oxygenation equipment,the organic matter floating island intelligent aerator system has better oxygenation efficiency and is more suitable for compound planting and breeding on the water surface.model.The water temperature error measured by the water monitoring probe is within ±0.6℃,and the dissolved oxygen error is within the range of ±0.5mg/L,which meets the technical requirements.The research results of this paper provide the preconditions and theoretical basis for promoting the mechanization process of the organic matter floating island water surface compound planting and breeding model and the determination of related working parameters.
