Fresh-eating corn ears have high moisture content and poor resistance to external force and compression.The use of conventional corn harvesters to harvest fresh-eating corn has a high kernel damage rate,which cannot meet the agronomic requirements of fresh-eating corn harvesting.Fresh corn stalks have high water content and are rich in multiple vitamins.They are excellent feeds for livestock and poultry.They can be fed directly after crushing and have good palatability.In order to meet the growth needs of livestock and poultry,increase the utilization value of stalks.A certain amount of fine feed needs to be supplemented,but there is currently no equipment for smashing and feeding concentrates for compound planting.Based on the Hainan Provincial Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund Project(519QN289)and the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences Innovation Team Project(19CXTD-31),this paper takes the realization of planting-raising circular agriculture and sustainable development of agriculture as the starting point,using theoretical analysis and simulation analysis.The combined method determines the key technical parameters of the fresh corn picking device,the stalk crushing device and the feed feeding device,and develops a multifunctional fresh corn harvester with the functions of fresh corn harvesting,green feed preparation and fine feed feeding,which effectively improves It has improved the mechanization level of fresh corn harvesting and compound breeding of jade goose,providing equipment platform and technical support for efficient cyclic compound breeding.The specific content is as follows:(1)According to the stress of corn ears during ear picking and the fiber structure characteristics of the connecting part of corn ears and stalks,the ear picking tensile test bench was designed and manufactured,and the ear picking rate was affected by ear bending angle and bending tensile fracture stress.The single factor test of the influence determines the best installation form of the ear picking board,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the ear picking device for fresh corn.(2)In view of the innovation of the planting and breeding cycle mode,the design scheme of the traction multifunctional fresh corn harvester was proposed,and the traction multifunctional fresh corn harvester was developed,mainly for the ear picking device,the stalk crushing device,and the feed feeding device.And key components such as four-wheel flat frame have been optimized and selected.The statics analysis and modal analysis of the four-wheel flat-panel rack are carried out through ANSYS Workbench software to verify that the four-wheel flat-panel rack has reasonable structural design and the structural strength meets the design requirements.(3)Field experiments were carried out with the prototype of the traction multifunctional fresh corn harvester as the test platform to verify the working performance of the ear picking device,the stalk crushing device and the feed feeding device,respectively,with the machine traveling speed,the picking roller speed,and the ear picking The height of the center of the plate and the stem pulling roller;the speed of the crushing shaft,the number of blades;the speed of the dial,the opening and closing angle of the baffle are variables,and the rate of ear picking,the rate of kernel damage,the rate of crushing qualification and the uniformity of feed are used as evaluation indicators to develop multiple factors Experiment and get optimized working parameters according to parameter characteristics.The research results lay a theoretical foundation for improving the level of mechanized harvesting of fresh corn,and provide technical support for reducing the labor intensity of jade goose compound breeding and reducing production costs.
