Research On The Development Status,Problems And Countermeasures Of BS Company Under The Planting And Breeding Combination Model

In recent years,with the rapid development of aquaculture,the degree of intensification and scale has become higher and higher,which has led to more and more serious problems in the ecological environment of livestock and poultry manure pollution.At the same time,China’s agriculture has been increasingly affected by the international market.The price changes are large,and logistics and labor costs continue to rise,which makes it difficult for the economic benefits of livestock breeding companies to maintain sustained growth or even decline.Therefore,how to effectively achieve the coordinated and harmonious development of economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits at the same time without affecting the continued development of the aquaculture industry has become an important issue in the current sustainable development of agriculture.This paper is based on the relevant theories of circular economy,circular agriculture,industrial chain extension and other related theories,and takes BS company,a large-scale dairy farming enterprise based on the combination of planting and breeding,as the research object.First of all,on the basis of collecting,analyzing and summarizing domestic and foreign documents,the author summarizes the successful experience and enlightenment of typical circular agriculture at home and abroad.Secondly,taking the BS company as an entry point,the necessity of BS company to practice the combination of planting and breeding mode,the selection and development status of the combination of planting and breeding model were expounded.There are problems in the development of the company’s combination model of planting and breeding chains,such as recycling chains,biogas benefits,resource utilization,and talent shortage.Finally,on the basis of BS company’s existing planting and breeding combination model,a new model construction plan in cooperation with DH company was proposed,aiming to expand and extend BS company’s agricultural industry chain of planting and breeding combination model,and further improve the utilization rate of animal and poultry manure resource and economic added value.At the national level,it puts forward measures to improve the financial support policies for the development of circular agriculture,improve the policies and laws for the utilization of manure resources,build a technical support system for the development of circular agriculture,and strengthen measures to promote the guidance of the circular agricultural development concept;Organizational culture for strategic development,relying on the advantages of production,education and research to accelerate the transformation of achievements,use temperature-increasing technology to increase the annual output of biogas,and improve measures for the cultivation and introduction of high-skilled talents.
