| Time as big provinces of agriculture and animal husbandry in shandong province,every year to produce large amounts of corn straw,but the corn straw could well into feed grain use,waste is serious,plus the hilly terrain conditions in shandong province,is not suitable for large silage equipment operation,so need to develop a small knapsack silage harvest equipment,to meet the needs of the current production in shandong province.As one of the core components of silage equipment,cutting table plays an important role in the preparation of silage.In view of the above mentioned problems,the purpose of this topic is to design a small cutting table,in addition to adapt to small knapsack silage machine production,but also retain the large silage equipment cutting table due to the function.TRIZ invention problem solving principle and bionics are two design ideas that have been widely used in the engineering field in recent years.Aiming at the problems of obscure TRIZ invention principle and too large bionic model to be selected,this paper proposes to combine the two theories to interpret the relationship between biological function and engineering parameters.By establishing corresponding relationship between functional bionic model and TRIZ engineering parameters,adding bionic model into conflict matrix elements,constructing TRIZ bionic function solution conflict matrix,using bionic knowledge to solve conflict problems,can greatly shorten the design cycle.Through the modular design method for cutting single function module layout,form the preliminary design scheme of using black-box model to determine the total function,the total functional decomposition is a function of a yuan,and will each function by means of function flow in series with the chain building function,according to the classification principles of function model,the design of module division,According to the design requirements and project situation evaluation scheme,aiming at the existing problems,the conflict matrix of TRIZ bionic function solution is used to solve the conflict problem.By analyzing the problem,the corresponding contradictory parameters are found,and the corresponding matrix elements are found according to the contradictory parameters.The fuzzy mathematical evaluation method is used to select the most appropriate bionic model among the corresponding matrix elements,and its principle characteristics are extracted by mathematical modeling.Through solving the problem,a kind of crushing cutter head with the functions of cutting,rubbing and throwing was proposed,which effectively integrated the functional module of the cutting table,reduced the volume of the cutting table,convenient installation and disassembly,and improved the quality of silage preparation.The model of corn straw was established by EDEM software,and the cutting and crushing condition of cutting table was simulated and analyzed.With straw crushing rate and crushing rate as experimental indexes,the number of cutter blade and the acting distance between the rolling blade and the box wall as experimental factors,EDEM simulation experiment was carried out.Through single factor control experiment,it was determined that when the number of cutter blade was 4,6 and 8,and the acting distance between the rolling blade and the box wall was 5mm,10 mm and 15 mm,at a fixed speed of 600r/s,the influence on straw crushing.Through three-level factorial experiment and response surface analysis,it is found that when the number of blades is 8 and the acting distance between the rubbing blades and the box wall is 5mm,the cutter head has the best crushing effect,the crushing rate can reach 94.68%,and the crushing rate takes the shortest time ratio. |
