China’s bamboo forests are vast and diverse.Bamboo has a wide range of applications,bamboo and wood products not only have high application value in the fields of construction,materials,etc.,but also have high ornamental value.However,the management and production of bamboo forests have been constrained by the geographical conditions of bamboo growth and the characteristics of bamboo itself.They cannot fully adapt to the large-scale operation of forestry machinery.The degree of mechanization during harvesting,transportation and processing is relatively low compared to other trees.According to the survey,there are still few mature and reliable bamboo forest management and production machines on the market,and there are few related studies at home and abroad.According to the survey and actual experience analysis,bamboo forest management is more suitable for the use of miniaturized equipment.To this end,this paper developed a small crawlertype electric tip-cutting and transporting machine for bamboo tipping,cutting and transportation,researching it,and conducting related experiments and discussions.First of all,this paper aims to mechanize the cutting,transportation and cutting of bamboo after harvesting,consult the literature on bamboo forest machinery at home and abroad,and refer to the design structure of bamboo forest machinery in the literature to collect and understand the tipping of existing bamboo forest machinery.There are problems in transportation and cutting;inspecting the growth environment of bamboo and wood,understanding the mechanical properties of bamboo,understanding the problems existing in the operation of large-scale machinery and equipment in bamboo production areas;and finally formulating a scheme for replacing mechanical machinery with artificial machinery.Secondly,according to the relevant design scheme of the tracked electric tipping and cutting transport integrated machine,the modeling and design of the crawler type electric tip cutting and transporting machine is carried out by Solidworks,mainly including the design of the crawler chassis and the selection of the crawler.The geometry of the walking system,the choice of power source,the determination of the transmission mode,the design of the transport mechanism,the design of the cutting mechanism and the design of the transport mechanism.The machine actuator was simulated and analyzed by ANSYS,and the prototype was manufactured and tested.Finally,the stability of the prototype’s walking system in the bamboo and wood forest area of the mountainous hills is optimized,and it is proposed that the electric remote-controlled crawler walking system can save manpower compared with manual handling.Compared with wheeled vehicles,it has good operability and accessibility.The machine integrates the tipping and fixed length cutting functions on the basis of the transporter.Since the tipping and fixed length cutting functions work in the stationary state of the chassis,this part mainly analyzes the stability of the slope walking of the crawler walking system for the crawler type electric transporter with the transportation function.This paper designs and researches the crawler-type electric bamboo and wood cutting and cutting transporting machine.At the same time,it integrates the bamboo tipping,cutting and transportation work,and manually removes and removes the branches after the traditional cutting.After transportation,it is cut off at the bamboo processing factory.After the work link,change to the forest felling directly to the tip,the fixed length cut to the required length,transported by transport to the nearby processing plant or transferred to long-distance transport vehicles.The bamboo branches after the tipping can be collected and used as raw materials for processing other products,and can also be smashed and returned to the forest.It simplifies cumbersome manual work,saves labor and improves working conditions,and electric machinery can achieve better environmental protection indicators. |
