Since the commercial felling of natural forests has been completely banned in China,the country is faced with the dilemma of shortage of wood resources and unable to provide sufficient wood for the paper industry.Therefore,bamboo has become a crucial supply end for the paper industry and the demand keeps rising.Because the age of bamboo needed for papermaking is more than 3 years and the growth characteristics of bamboo,thinning is needed to cut bamboo.However,at present,large-scale cutting machinery is not suitable for thinning,and artificial cutting is inefficient,which can not meet the growing demand of bamboo.Based on this,this topic takes the southern hilly region as the research area,and takes the bamboo cutting farm of Sipo Town,Yibin City,Sichuan Province as the specific object,and designs a kind of wheeled bamboo pruning machine,which includes:(1)Study and analyze the bamboo environment,bamboo surface characteristics,bamboo mechanical properties and cutting technology in the hilly region where the machine works.(2)According to the design requirements,the design theory of mechanical design methodology is used to solve the function element of each part of the machine,and the "RMS" is used to carry out the weighted evaluation of the design principle scheme respectively,and the scheme with the highest weighted value is calculated,that is,the optimal design principle scheme.(3)On the basis of the optimal design principle and scheme,the overall structure of the bamboo cutting machine is designed in three dimensions,including the design of clamping climbing mechanism,the design of branching mechanism and the design of cutting mechanism.The design of the clamping mechanism includes the determination of the clamping structure,the position of the clamping mechanism,the design and calculation of the clamping force,the design of the branching mechanism includes the overall structure design of the branching mechanism,the determination of the parameters of the spring,the design of the cutting mechanism includes the design of the cutting tool,the design of the reducer,the design of the deceleration shaft.(4)Design the frame,make load analysis on the important parts of the bamboo cutting and pruning machine by assembly of each part.According to the load action of the machine in work,make static analysis and dynamic analysis on the machine by using Simulation.Static analysis is divided into stress,strain and displacement analysis,etc.Its purpose is to prevent parts in the work of fatigue,fracture and other conditions;Dynamic analysis is mainly the six order modal analysis of parts in the free state,in order to prevent its resonance in the work of the influence of machine life and other conditions.Through the combination of cutting and cutting bamboo,the design can improve the cutting efficiency of bamboo in hilly areas,reduce the work intensity of workers,and facilitate the subsequent transportation of bamboo between forests.The function integration of this design can provide strength for the development of forestry machinery,provide choice for the design of hilly mountain machinery,and provide direction for the automation and intelligence of forestry machinery.
