Research On The Development Of Camellia Oleifera Industry In Meilin Town,Wuhua County,Guangdong Province

Camellia Oleifera is a kind of economic forest tree with Chinese characteristics.It has high value of economic development,processing and reuse in ecology,landscape,economy,health and health,it can also increase agricultural production and farmers’ income,and help to rejuvenate the countryside.Camellia oil is the most distinctive agricultural product in China and the only edible vegetable oil that can compete with foreign oils and fats in the international market.It can be used for food,containing camellia,Camellia soap,tea polyphenols and other physiological active substances,which is olive oil,peanut oil and other vegetable edible oils do not have.But because of its "scarce" and "Noble",for a long time,for medicine,beauty,hairdressing use more than food.In recent years,people have paid more and more attention to health preservation.Camellia oil has gradually attracted the attention of many experts and consumers at home and abroad because of its remarkable advantages in health preservation.Camellia oil,a "agriculture + Environmental Protection" industry with quite high technology content,the market prospect is more and more broad.Since 2009,the Party Committee and the government of Wuhua County Meilin,Wuhua County have taken advantage of the power of poverty alleviation through measures such as government guidance,business investment and mass participation,we will actively support the town’s enterprises and large farmers to vigorously develop the camellia industry.In the past 10 years,the planting scale of Camellia Oleifera in this town has reached 16,600 mu from 2000 mu in 2010 to 2020.It has become one of the main production areas of Camellia Oleifera in Wuhua County,Meizhou.At present,the Camellia Oleifera industry in this town has taken shape,but there are still some problems which hinder the development of the Camellia Oleifera industry in Meilin,Wuhua County Land circulation difficulties,publicity and sales channels are not wide.Combined with these problems,this paper puts forward some feasible solutions from the aspects of policy,technology,land and marketing:(1)increase the security strength;(2)strengthen the technology upgrade;(3)strengthen the land concentration;(4)strengthen the promotion and marketing,etc.,it is hoped that this will help accelerate the development of the camellia industry in Meilin,Wuhua County.
