| As people’s standard of living rises,they are demanding more and more quality,even if the basic material conditions are met.The introduction of high quality edible oils has therefore become a matter of urgency.At present,tea oil is becoming more and more popular due to its unique advantages,and the scale of the oil and tea market has therefore been expanded.In a certain sense,the prosperity of the oil and tea industry can not only meet the needs of people’s high quality of life,but also promote the long-term development of forestry.It can also promote the employment of farmers to increase their income and achieve rural revitalisation.Since the 18th Party Congress,governments around the world have fully implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s core instructions and implemented the decisions and major deployments of the Party Central Committee as well as the State Council,in order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the oil tea industry.Compared to other industries,the oil tea industry has its own special characteristics.The government’s support has undoubtedly pushed the oil tea industry towards large-scale development,however,there are also situations where the comprehensive benefits in terms of industrial development are far from the original expectations.It is therefore important to discuss how to enhance the overall efficiency of the oil tea industry in a scientific and efficient manner.Integrating domestic and foreign research results,using literature research method,survey research method,and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,the paper studies how to achieve better development of oil tea industry from the perspective of performance evaluation.Based on the current situation of oil tea development in Hunan Province,this paper selects a certain amount of indicators from economic,social and ecological aspects to build a performance evaluation index system.On this basis,a performance evaluation model based on the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method is constructed,and the relevant statistics of Hunan Province from 2010 to 2020 are used as reference to carry out empirical analysis on the development performance of the oil tea industry in the province in the past 11 years to verify The scientificity of the indicator system and the validity of the model were verified.The empirical results show that the performance evaluation index system constructed is relatively scientific.The province’s oil tea industry experienced a development process of rising,then falling and then rising again,but from 2013 to 2015,there was a fall;from the analysis of the performance levels of various indicators,the performance levels of various indicators generally showed an upward trend,but the degree of influence on the development of the oil tea industry differed greatly.The influence of ecological performance indicators is greater,followed by economic output indicators,while social performance indicators have the least influence.This paper is a study on how to develop the oil tea industry in Hunan Province from the perspective of performance evaluation.By analysing the research results,it will not only help Hunan Province to achieve better development,but also point out the subsequent development direction for some counties and cities that rely on agricultural economy,especially in the development of special agriculture.In a certain sense,the research findings of this paper can help other similar areas that rely on agricultural products to develop their own agricultural advantages,drive local employment and increase the overall income of farmers. |
