| Camellia oleifera has been planted in Ce Heng County for more than 300 years and has become a traditional industry of local people of all ethnic groups.With the policy adjustment of national food security,Camellia oleifera is vigorously promoted and planted by the state because of its organic,green,ecological and healthy quality.This favorable policy has provided a new opportunity for the development of the traditional Camellia oleifera planting industry in Ce Heng county,At present,the planting scale has reached the development level of285200 mu,and it is expected to reach the industrial development level of 400000 Mu and an output value of more than 1 billion yuan by the end of the 14 th five year plan.The rapid development of Camellia oleifera industry also provides a new opportunity for the integrated development of agriculture and tourism in Ce Heng county.Carry out tourism activities with the theme of Camellia oleifera and Camellia oleifera culture as an emerging way of tourism,and it not only enriches the cultural heritage of tourism product activities in Ce Heng County,increases the participation of tourism activities,but also expands the function of Camellia oleifera Industry and improves the industrial added value of Camellia oleifera industry.This paper takes the Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism in Ce Heng County as the research object,defines the relevant concepts,and combs the theoretical basis.Firstly,based on the historical records such as the statistical yearbook of Ce Heng County,the statistical yearbook of Southwest Guizhou and the chronicle of Ce Heng County,and the data obtained from field visits to Camellia oleifera planting,local leading enterprises and senior planting households,make a qualitative research and Analysis on the industrial development situation and the integration development status of oil tea industry and tourism in Ce Heng County,and constructs the development research framework of the coupling and coordination model of oil tea industry and tourism in Ce Heng county;Secondly,select the data of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism industry in Ce Heng county from 2013 to 2020 to construct the index system,and use the entropy method to weight the indexes of the two systems,Through system coupling theory,system theory and coordinated development theory,explore their coupling mechanism and coupling path,and further quantify the annual development level of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism industry.Then the coupling degree and coupling coordination level of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism industry in Ce Heng county are obtained,as well as the synchronization of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism industry in each year.Finally,according to the development and coupling of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism in Ce Heng County.some suggestions are put forward.The results show that:（1）the evaluation index system of the coupling and coordinated development of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism in Ce Heng county is a complex system,which involves many aspects such as Camellia oleifera production,life and tourism factors.It is necessary to build four new system layers: Camellia oleifera production index system,Camellia oleifera culture system,tourism development index system and tourism factors,and establish a hierarchical evaluation index system for the coupling and coordinated development of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism in Ce Heng county.（2）From 2013 to 2020,the development level of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism in Ce Heng County improved and showed an upward trend.The comprehensive development level index of Camellia oleifera industry increased from 0.0813 in 2013 to 0.6511 in 2020.The comprehensive development level index of tourism industry increased from 0.02333 in 2013 to 0.2508 in 2019.In2020,due to the impact of the epidemic,there was an obvious turning point,and the comprehensive development level index of tourism decreased to 0.1899,which showed a steady rise from 2013 to 2019;Through the calculation of the coupling degree formula in this paper,the coupling degree between Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism in Ce Heng county has been low in recent 8 years.The coupling degree was0.43 in 2013,hovering around 0.49 from 2014 to 2019,and decreased to0.41 in 2020.According to the coupling degree,the oil tea industry and tourism in Ce Heng county are in the running in relationship,and at the top of the running in stage,which is very close to the stable stage;The coupling and coordination degree of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism industry in Ce Heng county showed an overall upward trend from2013 to 2019 and declined in 2020;According to the synchronous analysis of Camellia oleifera Industry and tourism in Ce Heng County,from 2013 to 2020,the synchronization went through the serious lag of tourism to the slight lag of Camellia oleifera industry,and then returned to the serious lag of tourism.The lag of tourism in 2020 was mainly affected by the epidemic.Finally,based on the analysis of time series characteristics of coupling and coordinated development of various systems and subsystems.Starting from the four system levels of Camellia oleifera industry development system.Camellia oleifera culture system,tourism development system and tourism element system.In the future,it is suggested to promote the common development of camellia oil industry on the basis of the leading advantages of camellia oil tea industry;build oil tea tourism brand,promote the coupled development of the two industries;strengthen infrastructure construction,consolidate the development foundation of the two industries;the two subjects to extend the industrial development chain,increase publicity,enhance domestic visibility;talent introduction and talent training,improve the quality of the team. |
