| With the rapid development of broiler breeding industry,the influence of the chicken house environment on the normal growth and development of broilers is becoming more and more important,its environmental monitoring and control have become a top priority.At present,some chicken houses use high-pressure space electric fields to sterilize and remove dust from the environment of the chicken houses,however,the high-voltage space electric field will produce corona discharge,which may affect the environmental factors in the chicken house,as a result,the environmental control system of the chicken house cannot accurately control the environmental parameters,in order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the coupling relationship between the corona discharge of the high-voltage space electric field and the environment of the broiler house,a multi-point collection system for environmental factors in the broiler house was designed,through cluster analysis,the best placement of monitoring points is determined,and completed the collection of environmental data before and after corona discharge.The main research is as following:1.Design an environmental monitoring system.This system uses the single-chip microcomputer STM32 as the control core,use the transmission module with long-distance,multi-channel,wireless transmission and other characteristics to operate,the OLED display can receive data and store it.2.Comparative analysis of data before and after the point layout optimization.Select the environmental factors(temperature and humidity)of the broiler house as the monitoring index,using matter-element analysis method to cluster analysis of the data of 27 monitoring points in the broiler house environment,optimize the layout of monitoring points,analyze the results and conclude,the temperature error rate is 2.7%,the humidity error rate is 1.8%.3.Use the optimized sensor to measure the environmental parameters of the broiler house(temperature,relative humidity,dust)and perform statistical analysis,get conclusion.After the electric field corona discharge,the average temperature in the broiler house is reduced by 0.3-0.8℃,the rate of change is between 1.2%-2.6%,it shows that the corona discharge has no significant effect on the ambient temperature of the broiler house;The average relative humidity in the broiler house is reduced by 5%-9%,the rate of change is between 9.03%-12.81%,it shows that the relative humidity of the broiler house environment decreases after corona discharge;The average concentration of dust PM2.5 in the broiler house is reduced by 33.66-98.33 ppm,the rate of change is between 34.56%-57.39%;The average concentration of dust PM10 in the broiler house is reduced by 34-54.34 ppm,the rate of change is between 29.39%-36.79%,it shows that corona discharge has a very obvious effect on removing dust in the broiler house environment.4.Use COMSOL software to simulate and verify the influence of environmental factors(temperature,humidity,dust)in the broiler house on corona discharge.The simulation verification results show that,the fitting accuracy of the simulation curve of temperature versus corona initial field strength is R~2=0.96156;The fitting accuracy of the simulation curve of humidity versus corona initial field strength is R~2=0.97613;The fitting accuracy of the dust removal efficiency curve of the high-voltage space electric field is R~2=0.98417.The simulation model can well simulate the effect of high-voltage space electric field on environmental factors. |
