At present, water shortages as the increasingly serious situation, In the case of limited water resources, Control soil water evaporation and collecting the water in atmosphere have become an important path to release the pressure of water shortage in arid region. Water aggregation technology of cathode under space electric field is developing rapidly in recent years, agricultural water-saving technologies.The thesis applying positive DC high voltage electric field, research the impact of the pole distance,the electrode wire material,electrode diameter and line distance (distance between discharge lines) on the high-voltage space electrostatic field corona discharge characteristics, test results show that: 1) The corona voltage will increase with the increase in diameter, and the corona current will decreases with the increases in corona diameter.2) The corona voltage will increase with the increase in different pole distance, and the corona current will decreases with the increases in different pole distance. 3)The electrode line distance and pole distance at same ,corona current large, otherwise will become small. Experiments under different pole distance of electric field were done, it was found that the result under 2.0m was better.The result provides the primary datum for the further application of water aggregation technology of cathode under space electric field; it also offers theoretical support and technical guidance.
