At present,the real-time cutting sugarcane seeding device has the characteristics of high labor intensity,uneven distribution of seeds,low production efficiency and serious replaying and missing sowing of the pre-cutting sugarcane seeding device,which has become the bottleneck restricting the development of sugarcane planting mechanization.Pre-cutting sugarcane seeding device has the characteristics of mechanization degree,high production efficiency and factory production of sugarcane seeds.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on seeding process of pre-cutting sugarcane seeding device,innovate the design of seeding mechanism of sugarcane seeding device and improve its uniformity of seeding.In this paper,theoretical analysis,DEM method,experimental design and physical experiment are combined to innovate the design of sugarcane seeding mechanism according to the agronomic technical requirements.Then,through the establishment of discrete element simulation model,experimental design and simulation experiments are carried out to optimize the key structural parameters of the seeding device.At the same time,rationality of the pre-cut sugarcane designed is verified through the trial-production and test of the prototype.The results of simulation shows that the designed pre-cut sugarcane seeding device had an average of 1.033 seeds per metering,the variation coefficient of uniformity of metering is 17.776%,the metering quantity is 2.7/s,and the operation productivity was 2.16 mu/h.It has uniform seed seeding and high productivity.By modifying the structure of first-class sugarcane seed outlet of sugarcane seed metering device,the problem of seed sticking during sugarcane seed discharging is solved.The results of simulation and optimization are basically consistent with the experimental results of physical prototype.The design of sugarcane seeding device meets the predetermined design requirements. |
