Researching the mini-type sugarcane harvester has great meaning to accelerate mechanization application in sugarcane harvester and enhance our country's competition in the world. This thesis is the base of National NaturalScience Foundation-the key technology study of sugarcane harvesteraptitude design system based on knowledge. Its purpose is using virtual prototype technology, setting up 3D Pro/E model and running the kinematics and dynamics simulation basing on virtual prototyping technology, in order to achieve the valuable datum. This thesis includes hereinafter work:First, using 3D software Pro/E to set up different flow components of the sugarcane harvester, getting the virtual prototype of the flow of harvester, then using ADAMS to carry out the feeding, cutting tail, peeling process. By simulation to confirm the simulation parameter, according to the different simulation effects in different parameters, to adjust the prototype structure and dimension, achieve the ideal virtual prototype in end.
