Sugarcane is not only the main cash crop in the tropical areas of southern China,but also the main raw material for sugar production.At present,there are many problems in sugarcane planters in China,such as more auxiliary labor,missing seeds,low uniformity of seed metering,etc.The structure of sugarcane planters abroad is complex,which is not compatible with the requirements of domestic agronomic cultivation.In view of the above problems,this paper systematically expounds the working principle and advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of sugarcane planter seed metering devices at present.Combining the physical characteristics of single bud segment sugarcane seed and the theoretical characteristics of rotary disc seed metering,a single bud segment sugarcane seed disc seed metering device is designed,and its key components are simulated and analyzed.Analyse and verify its rationality,establish virtual prototype,complete the manufacture of test prototype,and verify the uniformity of disc metering device through single factor test,multi-factor test and field verification test.The test results show that the rotary disc seeding device meets the national standard requirements of no seed damage,no seed leakage and high uniformity of seed metering.The research contents are as follows:(1)Design and manufacture of disc metering deviceBy comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current sugarcane planter seed metering device at home and abroad,combining with the physical characteristics of single bud segment sugarcane seed and the theoretical characteristics of rotary disc seed metering,a single bud segment sugarcane seed disc seed metering device was designed,its structure and working principle were determined,and the motion rules of single bud segment sugarcane seed falling from the rotary disc into the seed guiding slot were analyzed.Law,design and check key components such as rotating disc,flat key and seed guide groove.Solid Works is used to build three-dimensional model of disc seed metering device,assembly rationality and motion interference are tested by simulation module,static characteristics of flat key and worm wheel output shaft are analyzed by ANSYS,theoretical parameters are checked and virtual samples are established.On this basis,the prototype machine is manufactured.(2)Seed metering performance test of disc metering deviceThe rotation speed of rotating disc,the forward speed of machine tool and the number of filling slots of disc are determined as test factors,and the uniformity of seed metering is taken as test index.The range of influence factors of each test is determined by single factor test on the test prototype,and the factor level coding table is established.Combining with quadratic regression orthogonal rotation test method,the seed metering device is introduced.The row seeding uniformity test was carried out,and the data were processed by SPSS software.The mathematical model of seeding uniformity and influencing factors was established.Through the optimization analysis of the model,the optimal combination of parameters was determined: rotating disc speed was 0.18r/s,tool forward speed was 0.22m/s,the number of disc filling slots was 10,and the seeding uniformity could be achieved.The results showed that the uniformity of field seeding was 83%,the relative error was 3.2%,and within 10%,which met the design requirements.The disc-type seed metering device for single-bud sugarcane seed provides a theoretical basis for future research and design of sugarcane seed metering device.
