In order to study the varieties selection of earlier flowering Chnese-f ringetree and improve its breeding technology research,In this paper,2-year-old C hnesefringetree grafted seedlings were regarded as the research object.Though es-t ablishing contract forests and using the conventional survey methods,we have o-bs erved the phenological period of the Chnesefringetree,the height,the basal dia-m eter,the growth conditions of the leaf number,fallen leaf number and the first lateral branch number and so on.We have also analyzed the growth defference between the earlier flowering Chnesefringetree,and the common Chnesefringetree.And we made a preliminary study on the propagation of common Chnesefringetree,seedling and the cutting of early twigs.The main results are as follows:(1)From March 15 to May 3,it was the germination period of the early flowering buds,and experienced the dynamic process of bud growth,bud enlargement period,bud scale cracking stage and leaf stage.March 29 to May 3,early flowering tassels enter into the flowering period,experienced the flower germination period,flower bud cracking period,flowering period,the decline of four dynamic stage.And compared with the ordinary tassels which bloom after the growth of 6 or 7 years,the 2-year-old early flowering tassels are short of childhood;The flowering stage of early flowering Chnesefringetree are earlier than ordinary tassels about 10 d.(2)The results showed that there were significant differences in tree height and basal diameter between the growth indexes of biennial flowering Chnesefringetree and common Chnesefringetree.There was no significant difference in leaf number,fallen leaf number and primary branch number.(3)Different ways can break the seed dormancy and promote seed germination to a certain extent.From the view of treatment,the gibberellins is the best way;from the view of time,the longer it takes,the Chnesefringetree seed germination rate is higher,tassel seed germination rate is the highest under acid treatment at 5 ℃ after 60 d.The germination rate of Chnesefringetree seeds reached 73.3% in the warm stratification at30 ℃ for 30 d and in the cold stratification at 5℃for 40 d.The microstructures of germinated seeds,unspecified seeds,moldy seeds and untreated seeds were observed,and the changes of protein and oil in seeds were found under different conditions.(4)The extract of not-germination seed,germination seed and germination seed radicle had different inhibitory effects on the seed germination of Shanghai green seed,which indicated that the seed contained the substance which inhibited the germination of seeds;and the inhibitory effect of seed germination radicle was the largest;Chnesefringetree seed extract contains a large amount of silicon material.(5)The single factor design of early flowering Chnesefringetrees’ s cutting has made a preliminary study on the effects of different growth regulators on the rooting rate.And also found that different hormone types,hormone treatment time and hormone concentration have a certain influence on the cuttings of early flowering Chnesefringetree.And Grafting is the main method of tassel seed promotion.
