| With the rapid development of China’s fresh freight, the consumption scale of fresh products in China has risen sharply, due to the vast territory of China, most of the fresh products are produced and sold in different places, and the planting is regionalized, making long-distance,cross-regional fresh product transportation a necessary way to meet consumer demand. However, due to the characteristics of fresh products such as easy corrosion and short shelf life, the transportation of fresh products has become a thorny problem in the field of transportation. In recent years,China’s high-speed rail rapid development,"high-speed rail+ fresh" model has gradually emerged, with its safety, fast, stable and other advantages have become the best choice for long-distance transportation of fresh products, but high-speed rail transportation can not achieve "door-to-door" service, for this reason, how to meet the needs of cargo owners, considering the characteristics of fresh product transportation, design a more economical transportation route has become an urgent problem for fresh transportation enterprises. Therefore, based on the existing research, this paper introduces the concept of time value of goods, and studies the path selection of fresh goods public railway intermodal transportation with the participation of high-speed rail.Firstly, based on the characteristics of fresh goods, the organization scheme of high-speed rail fresh product transportation is analyzed, the freight rate of high-speed rail fresh product transportation is measured, and the feasibility of high-speed rail transportation of fresh products is analyzed.Secondly, starting from the hypothesis of "rational economic man",the concept of time value of goods is introduced, and according to the characteristics of cargo value, the time value of goods is quantified from the aspects of the occupation of funds by releasing goods, the additional costs reduced by shortening the transportation time, and the avoidance of depreciation of goods, and the economic benefits of the public railway intermodal transport of fresh products participated in by high-speed rail are analyzed.Thirdly, with the goal of minimizing the total transportation cost,an optimization model of public railway intermodal transportation of fresh products was constructed, and a genetic algorithm was designed to solve it.Finally, taking the flower transportation of "Kunming-Changchun" as an example, the optimal transportation path is obtained, and the impact of the time value of the goods is compared and analyzed from the perspectives of the arrival period and the value of the goods, which reflects the value of the research in this paper. This study can provide a basis for the selection of freight mode under the intervention of high-speed rail, and provide a reference for the route selection of fresh products in China to achieve long-distance transportation. |
