| With the rapid growth of international trade and express logistics,the transportation industry has also developed continuously,but it has also brought a series of problems such as road congestion and carbon emissions.Especially for the Yangtze River Delta region,where the economy and traffic are relatively developed,compared with the single transportation mode of road transportation or railway transportation,the combined transportation of highway and rail has advantages in transportation flexibility,low-carbon emission and reduction of transportation cost.Under the background that the whole society is generally concerned about low-carbon life’s transportation,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the route selection of public-rail combined transportation.Under the background of carbon tax policy,combined with the development status and characteristics of the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper studies the route selection problems in the process of cargo transportation in the Yangtze River Delta region.Firstly,on the basis of combing and analyzing the related concepts and theories of low-carbon transportation and route selection,the total traffic volume of cities in the Yangtze River Delta region is predicted by deep learning method,and the traffic volume between cities is predicted by principal component analysis and gravity model,which is transformed into static congestion.Then,the congestion degree is converted into carbon emissions and carbon emissions costs,and the carbon emissions costs,transportation costs and transit costs are comprehensively considered,so as to build a route selection model of public rail combined transport in the Yangtze River Delta region with variable time constraints as the goal of minimizing the total cost.Finally,a genetic algorithm with elite retention strategy is designed,and the model and solving algorithm are applied to an example for verification,and sensitivity analysis is carried out for carbon tax rate and time limit parameters respectively,so as to explore reasonable values of carbon tax and transportation time limit,and provide green and environmentally friendly path selection schemes with low transportation cost for transport enterprise decision makers.Under the background of low carbon,making a scientific and reasonable path planning scheme by studying the problem of path selection can effectively give play to the advantages of roads and railways,and play a good role in improving the efficiency of goods transportation in the whole society and the logistics benefits of enterprises. |
