Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,a series of policies,such as the outline for building a transport powerhouse,the outline for the national comprehensive three-dimensional transport network plan,and the three-year action plan for promoting transport restructuring(2018-2020),have been intensively introduced,the development of multimodal transport gradually becomes a national strategy.As the adjustment of transport structure continues to develop in-depth,the comparative advantages of various transport modes become more prominent,with railways and waterways dominating medium-and long-distance transport,sea-rail intermodal transport has become the main force to achieve the goal of "Double carbon".The 14 five-year plans for national economic and social development and the outline of the long-term goals for 2035,formulated by the state in October 2020,also clearly state that priority should be given to the development of a green economy and smart transport,strengthen the organic combination of various means of transport,and carry out the multi-way joint distribution.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the network planning of container sea-rail Intermodal Transport for giving full play to the advantages of China’s railway resources and promoting the economic development of China’s inland areas.Firstly,this paper refers to the research status of container sea-rail intermodal transport at home and abroad,introduces the composition of the sea-rail intermodal transport system,and analyzes the construction principles,considerations,and construction goals of the planning model of container sea-rail intermodal transport network.Secondly,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of sea-rail intermodal transport demand,the combined forecasting model,hinterland city allocation,and Logit model are applied to calculate the demand for container sea-rail intermodal transport network,and Dalian Port is used as the actual case to calculate.Thirdly,the container port sea-rail intermodal transport train is used to complete the container transportation demand of cities in the inland hinterland,and based on the regular train transportation of goods exported to the port,a container sea-rail intermodal transport network planning model with the greatest profit of railway container cargo transportation is constructed,and the simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve it.Finally,according to the demand forecast results,the model is substituted with data and empirically analyzed,the train operation scheme is obtained,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out by changing the maximum capacity and demand index of the train.Then,the network model of Dalian Port Sea-Rail Intermodal Transport is empirically analyzed.The results show that the design method of the train network planning model studied in this paper is scientific and reasonable,and the empirical analysis results also verify the effectiveness of the container sea-rail intermodal transport network planning model.
