In recent years,with the rapidly development of container multimodal transport,sea-rail combined transportation has also been developed as the main form of multimodal transport,compared with other modes of transport,sea-rail combined transportation has great advantages of high efficiency,environmental protection and low cost.As a series node of sea-rail combined transport,the container terminal effectively plays an important role in linking rail transport with water transport.The configuration of the handling facilities in the wharf is related to the overall transport capacity of the wharf loading and unloading operations.Therefore,the research on the configuration and optimization of the wharf handling facilities has a positive and practical significance.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)First in order to define the research objectives of the paper,the related facilities,handling equipment and technology of container terminals are introduced,a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the operation equipment is carried out so as to select reasonable operation equipment.Then the general situation and working process of each handling equipment are introduced.Through analyzing the operation process of"sea-rail" mode,the content of the research is determined.(2)According to the characteristics of loading and unloading operation of container terminals,we select one of the one-way operations as the research process,and the total time of loading and unloading operation is minimized,and the constraints such as operation time constraints,collision interference constraint of the quay and rail gantry crane and so on are considered,in order to obtain the minimum operation completion time and the best configuration of three kinds of equipment,the optimization model of the operation equipment of " quay-container truck-rail gantry crane " is established.Because the scheduling of handling operation in the wharf belongs to the NP-hard problem which can not use accurate algorithm,so the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.(3)Take the operation equipment configuration of a port in Lianyungang as an example,through the calculation of the example,the minimum operation completion time and the best configuration of three kinds of equipment are obtained.The analysis of the results shows that the model can solve the problem of configuration and optimization of port loading and unloading equipment under the specific operating environment,and provides a solution to the problems existing in the port of Lianyungang Port.
