In the machining process of machine tool equipment,there is a difference between the actual position output and the theoretical position input.If this difference is large,it will cause vibration and noise,which will affect the quality of the machined parts.In serious cases,it will cause equipment damage.For this reason,we take this difference as an important technical indicator,which is transmission error.By reducing transmission error,we can improve the quality of workpieces under the premise of ensuring normal operation of equipment.It has important significance for various application scenarios in mechanical field.This topic aims to realize the problem of simultaneous detection of multiple transmission chains in the same system.It combines Qt(a cross-platform C++ graphical user interface application development framework developed by Qt Company),database technology,data acquisition equipment and transmission error detection principle to design and develop a set of transmission error detection system that can online synchronize multiple transmission chains.In terms of data acquisition,this system can realize 4-channel angle position synchronous acquisition;in terms of data processing,based on time-based angle position as basis,combined with space-time conversion theory and transmission error theory,it obtains original curve based on spatial position relationship Transmission error curve,cumulative error curve,periodic error curve and spectrum diagram;in terms of data storage,databases are established at three positions: acquisition,space-time conversion and transmission error to realize full-process monitoring of data.The main contents of this project are as follows:1.First,explain the background and significance of this topic,and introduce the development history of transmission error detection and the achievements of its detection system at present stage.2.Study the functions and characteristics of MTX CNC gear hobbing machine,select data acquisition hardware equipment according to the working characteristics of machine tool,and design the overall scheme of this topic system combined with transmission error principle.3.Design and develop software part of scheme,select Qt 5.9 as development framework Qt Creator 4.11.0 development environment,use SQLite database,write function blocks in C++ language according to function requirements proposed by scheme.At the same time,design signal generator to generate simulation data to verify data processing and interaction functions of detection system.4.According to space-time conversion,transmission error filtering separation and Fourier spectrum analysis that data need to complete in scheme,first introduce and design interpolation algorithm that converts equal time acquisition data into equal space data;then introduce Kalman filter algorithm and improve it based on it Kalman automatic iteration filtering algorithm is used to realize transmission error curve as cumulative error and periodic error;finally,according to working characteristics of rotary machine tool combined with Fourier transform Use Fourier transform to transform transmission error curve from spatial domain into frequency domain,analyze working state of system transmission chain in reality by frequency spectrum harmonic frequency and amplitude.5.Design experimental scheme and verify system.First use data generator to generate simulation data,detection system processes data offline form verification detection system data processing and interaction function;then build experimental platform on MTX CNC gear hobbing machine After solving problems of installing grating sensor and data connection perform multi-axis transmission error experiment on machine tool obtain transmission error cumulative error periodic error And transmission error spectrum data compare with FMT system calculated data under same working condition result shows that while this topic system realizes synchronous detection of multiple transmission chains in same system its accuracy difference with FMT is within 1″ for all data which meets design expectation of this topic system.
