| In the actual meshing process,due to the factors such as assembly and manufacturing process,the actual transmission Angle is not consistent with the theoretical transmission Angle.This forms the transmission error between the teeth.And this error exists in the transmission process of the automobile transmission,which will directly affect the transmission efficiency,noise control and service life of the transmission.Foreign countries have a technical blockade on related fields.Therefore,it becomes a very important and meaningful topic how to detect the gear error and the gear error of the transmission in the actual operation condition with high precision.Based on the previous research,this paper has carried out research and development from the following aspects:(1)the existing detection methods are usually loaded with no-load or light load,which makes it difficult to simulate the actual running state of the transmission.In this paper,the controller is designed and optimized by using robust PID and kalman filter in the light of the influence of torque fluctuation on the test results.The field data is used to verify the test results,and the influence of torque fluctuation on test detection is greatly reduced.(2)Based on Labview research and design,a complete set of software and hardware testing platform with perfect function,high efficiency and high precision was designed and implemented for the actual working status and detection requirements of industrial site,achieved the desired effect.In this way,the detection method of gear transmission of automobile transmission is further improved.It is of great significance for the quality control and technical transformation of the automobile transmission. |
