Transmission error refers to the difference between the theoretical output value and the actual output value during the operation of the equipment.Large transmission error will make the actual output of the transmission chain and the theoretical output deviation larger,causing noise,vibration,affect product quality,serious may lead to equipment damage,therefore,the transmission error has become one of the important factors to measure the dynamic working condition of mechanical equipment.In order to ensure the normal work of equipment,product quality,transmission error detection research in the mechanical field of all kinds of occasions are of great significance.In order to realize more convenient and humanized transmission error detection,a transmission error detection system based on OPC technology and MTX digital control system is designed.OPC client is developed by OPC technology and MTX numerical control system,then OPC client is connected with OPC server in MTX numerical control system,finally data signal is collected in MTX numerical control system.A special HMI interface for transmission error detection system is developed to read and write transmission error data.The collected data are plotted and the Te Curve relative to time is obtained.Combining the theory of transmission error and space-time conversion,the Te Curve relative to time is transformed into the original TE curve relative to space.The Te curves of the FMT system are compared with the TE curves after treatment,and the experimental results are obtained.OPC Communication Protocol can not only solve the problem of mismatch caused by different data structures,but also realize a real-time detection and real-time analysis of transmission error.The main contents of this project are divided into the following parts:1.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are described,and the research status of transmission error detection system and OPC technology at home and abroad is introduced.2.The experimental equipment used in this experiment is MTX CNC gear hobbing machine,which involves part of MTX CNC system functions.MTX CNC system contains OPC server,firstly develop OPC client,secondly connect OPC server in CNC system,then realize data acquisition.MTX CNC system is a very important part of the system,so first of all,part of the MTX CNC system functions and the status of development at home andabroad.3.Firstly,the testing theory of motion characteristic is introduced,and the testing formula of transmission error is determined according to the definition and measuring principle of transmission error.Several measuring methods and principles of transmission error are compared and analyzed.Digital metering is selected to collect transmission error signals.Finally,the principle of OPC transmission error detection system is introduced.4.According to the OPC specification and the design requirements of the system,Visual Stdio2013 is selected as the development environment and C + + programming language is used in the development of OPC client.Then according to the characteristics of OPC detection system,a special HMI interface is designed,which is simple and practical.The method of ethernet connection is used to connect the OPC detection system with the NC system,and the data collection of the MTX NC system is realized.5.The experimental scheme of transmission error detection system is designed,and the feasibility of the system is verified by experiments.Taking MTX CNC hobbing machine as experimental platform,the angle coordinates of hob axis and spindle(center axis of worktable)are collected.A number of coordinates will be collected points,a key export Excel,and save.The transmission error data are processed in different ways,and the processed data are drawn into TE curve by Matlab.Based on the Te Curve of MFC system,the Te curve of OPC transmission error detection system is analyzed and compared to verify the feasibility of OPC transmission error detection system.
