The application of prefabricated building PC components in construction projects is becoming more and more widespread.The prefabricated building has obvious advantages in improving the construction speed,reducing labor cost,reducing the impact on the environment,and reducing the risk of construction.However,so many advantages also make the cost more high.In comparison with traditional buildings,the increased transportation phase of PC components in prefabricated buildings is one of the main reasons for the increased costs.PC component transportation work of prefabricated construction is the need to deliver PC components to the right construction site at the right time and in the right quantity.In general,companies choose the right carrier to undertake the transportation of PC components in order to be able to focus on their own work.Therefore,this paper studies the selection of PC component carriers in prefabricated buildings from the perspective of PC component suppliers.The right selection decision will have a significant impact on the cost,efficiency and quality of the project.A selection evaluation model based on IFAHP-TOPSIS is proposed for the selection of PC component carriers.Among them,the indicator weights are determined by IFAHP(Intuitive fuzzy analytic hierarchy process),and each carrier is evaluated by TOPSIS(Technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution).Subsequently,this paper takes the perspective of PC component suppliers and establishes the indicator system for the selection of PC component carriers for prefabricated buildings from five related indicators in terms of service level,logistics price,transportation system configuration level,information system and intangible assets,and uses the score function for screening.Then,the model is applied to the actual case of selecting carriers for the Z enterprise to derive the results of ranking each carrier,determine the best choice,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each carrier.Finally,in order to verify the stability and reliability of the ranking results of each carrier,perturbation experiments are conducted on the weights of each indicator through sensitivity analysis.The results show that carrier S2 has the highest degree of closeness to the ideal solution and is the optimal choice.The results of sensitivity analysis show that it agrees exactly with the decision result in 89%of the 84experiments,indicating that the ranking results are reliable.
