Prefabricated concrete construction has become a trend in the entire construction industry in China.Deepening design as its key stage concerns the design and production of building components.The introduction of BIM technology provides development opportunities for the deepen design of fabricated concrete structures.Parametric modeling can solve the problem of building components with different sizes and different specifications in the design of prefabricated concrete buildings and provide technical methods and management measures for the production and assembly of construction components.The use of BIM technology for parametric modeling has become the direction of information technology development in the construction industry.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problem of different sizes and different specifications of fabricated concrete building components.The "PCBIM" model was constructed by analyzing the parametric necessity of fabricated concrete structures and the parametric connotation of BIM technology and analyzed the connotation and characteristics from the two aspects.By analyzing the parameterization of BIM technology,prefabricated concrete building components are divided into regular and irregular shape according to the different driving methods of parameters.Through the analysis of the parameterization requirements,parameter settings,parameters,and technical points of the "PCBIM" component,a parameterization method of "PCBIM" component was designed."PCBIM" component according to the different shape,the parameterization method is divided into entity drawing of the Revit family and Dynamo visual programming,the two methods are combined by nested family.Secondly,a "PCBIM" component parameter management platform was developed based on the Revit API and the component parameters created by the parameterization method of "PCBIM" component were extracted and calculated,and the material management,drawing management and creation of the "PCBIM" model of the "PCBIM" component were realized application.Finally,the“PCBIM”component was created by changing the parameters and nested family types in the actual case,which enabled the dynamic drawing of building components,real-timematerial extraction,and the creation of the ”PCBIM” model.It guided the quantitative production and construction of building components,and then verified the feasibility of parameterization of concrete building components and proves its engineering application value.
