| Vigorously developing prefabricated buildings is a necessary means to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the development of construction industrialization.The vigorous development of prefabricated buildings has led to an increase in orders for prefabricated component manufacturers,and how to realize the simultaneous supply of multiple construction projects by manufacturers is particularly important.At present,the production of prefabricated components has not reached the large-scale assembly line operation in China.Most production plan managers perform scheduling based on empirical scheduling rules,which makes it difficult for prefabricated components to be delivered on time and increases production costs.As a result,it is difficult for prefabricated buildings to exert their high efficiency and the advantage of low cost.Therefore,effective management and scheduling of orders is an urgent problem to be solved in actual production.In this context,this article made the following research:First of all,this study summarizes the production methods and procedures of prefabricated components by consulting related documents and field investigations;combined with the analysis of the manufacturing production mode and the production characteristics of prefabricated components,it is found that MTO is the main mode of prefabricated component production,and the production process of prefabricated components under the MTO production mode is proposed to indicate the direction for multi-order prefabricated component production optimization.Combined with the analysis of the scheduling problem of the manufacturing flow shop,it is found that the production scheduling of prefabricated components is a special flow shop scheduling problem with specific process production characteristics,which lays the foundation for the establishment of the prefabricated component scheduling model.Secondly,selection and scheduling of prefab orders.Eight evaluation indicators are selected from the three aspects of customers,orders and components to establish an indicator system,comprehensive evaluation of multiple orders based on the G1-CRITIC combination weighting and grey relational analysis method are proposed.On the premise of the comprehensive evaluation results of orders,the order decision and restructuring methods based on capacity constraints are proposed;In order to optimize the production operation plan of the enterprise,based on the analysis of the disadvantages of conventional empirical scheduling strategies,drawing on the manufacturing assembly line production workshop scheduling theory and combining the actual production characteristics of prefabricated components,a multi-order prefabricated component production scheduling model based on just-in-time production is established.Finally,conduct an empirical analysis on the collected field survey data,and compare the scheduling results under the SPT,LPT,and EDD rules in the conventional scheduling strategy to verify the feasibility of this model.The research results show that the prefabricated component order selection method based on comprehensive evaluation can make effective decisions on orders under the premise of limited resources;Compared with conventional empirical rule scheduling,component scheduling based on just-in-time production can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce production tardiness/inventory costs.Based on the actual demand from the perspective of the production company,this study takes prefabricated components as the research object,establishes related order evaluation and production scheduling models,provides an idea of order selection for production companies with limited production capacity,and increases the output of factory prefabricated components.Improve the management level of production enterprises. |
