Due to the increasing friction in international economy and trade and the impact of the COVID-19,the national economy is facing major challenges.China’s home appliance industry is in the period of integration,with high prices of raw materials,serious product homogeneity,and large inventory backlog.In order to achieve the goal of sustainable development,enterprises must establish an efficient working capital management system.At present,more and more enterprises have expanded their management of working capital from the inside of enterprises to the whole supply chain.Through the management of the supply chain,enterprises can smooth the flow of upstream and downstream funds,thus improving their working capital management level and promoting the smooth flow of funds throughout the supply chain.First of all,this paper discusses the relevance of supply chain management and working capital management,combing supply chain management,working capital management,channel management and customer relationship management,which provides strong theoretical support for the later research.Secondly,this paper takes the household appliance company H Company as the research object,introduces its industry status,basic situation and supply chain status,and makes a preliminary analysis of its working capital status from the aspects of working capital scale,structure and management system.Finally,from the perspective of supply chain,this paper analyzes the current situation of H Company’s working capital management from the aspects of procurement,production,sales,suppliers and customers,discusses its existing problems,and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures and safeguard measures.Through the above research,this paper finds that H Company has problems such as excessive crowding of supplier funds,low input-output efficiency,large proportion of finished products,imperfect supplier management system and slow collection of accounts receivable.Therefore,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures and safeguard measures for working capital management from the perspective of supply chain.Specifically,in the procurement process,H Company should not only improve the digital procurement platform and procurement methods,but also improve the accounts payable management system and make reasonable use of commercial credit;In the production process,H company should make a reasonable production plan driven by orders,and improve the production mode relying on digital technology;In sales,H company should deepen "online+offline" sales and promote OTO business model;In the aspect of suppliers,H Company establishes a high-quality strategic alliance and optimizes the supplier evaluation system;In the customer segment,Company H should,on the one hand,strengthen customer relationship management and customer loyalty,on the other hand,improve the management system of accounts receivable and improve the speed of capital return.In addition,based on the perspective of supply chain,this paper puts forward a series of safeguard measures to help H Company optimize its working capital management,including establishing the concept of supplier integrity and establishing information sharing mechanism;Strengthen supply chain risk prevention;Enhance the sustainability of the alliance;Introduce supply chain financing to reduce the pressure of working capital shortage.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and reference for H Company to optimize working capital management,and enrich the case study of working capital management based on the supply chain perspective of domestic appliance enterprises.
