Research On H Enterprise Procurement Management Based On Big Data Visualization

With the rapid development of China’s economy,enterprises have gained the space and environment to develop and create,and at the same time,intensify the overall market competition.In the face of such a competitive market environment,companies are looking forward to improving their enterprise management through the improvement of information technology and digital transformation.For manufacturing companies,procurement occupies a very important position in the whole enterprise,and the technological breakthrough of procurement management means more profit margin for the enterprise.Traditional data processing and analysis methods can no longer meet these needs,so big data processing and analysis has become a hot spot for current research and application.And big data visualization,as one of the important means of big data processing and analysis,has the following advantages: making data more intuitive;improving the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis and decision making;supporting data interaction and sharing.The research object chosen in this paper is Enterprise H,which is an advanced intelligent home appliance manufacturing enterprise,mainly engaged in the production,manufacturing and sales of various household appliances.This paper conducts a thematic study on its procurement management from the perspective of big data visualization.Based on the theories related to procurement management and supply chain management and the foundation of big data visualization technology,the paper uses literature research method,case study method and visualization technology to conduct an in-depth discussion on the procurement management of Enterprise H.The paper firstly analyzes the current situation of procurement management of enterprise H,and proposes that there are three problems in enterprise H from the perspective of big data visualization: scattered procurement management data,insufficient analysis of procurement management data,and insufficient utilization of data visualization.Secondly,using the scientific and systematic method combined with the theoretical knowledge related to procurement management,the causes of the existing problems were analyzed,and the solution design ideas adapted to enterprise H were proposed for each cause.Then,according to the corresponding solution design objectives and principles,the overall analysis framework and process were sorted out,which included from defining requirements,preparing data,selecting charts,building visualization scenarios,and further sorting out the big data-based procurement management analysis indexes in the solution design stage.Finally,a simulation implementation of the solution was conducted to present and demonstrate the visualization effect of each procurement management analysis topic.In the field of procurement management,big data visualization can help enterprises better grasp the characteristics and trends of procurement data,optimize the procurement process,reduce costs and improve efficiency.At the same time,big data visualization can also help enterprises better manage their supply chains,predict market demand,optimize the configuration and management of supply chains,and thus improve their competitiveness and sustainable development.Through the overall grasp and problem solving of the procurement management of enterprise H in big data visualization,program design and simulation implementation,it is expected to help the future management and development of enterprise H.The big data visualization program can also be extended to other departments for application,and at the same time,the program can also play a certain reference role for enterprises in the same industry.
