Research On The Theoretical Connotation And Practice Of Micro-infrastructure In Old Urban Settlements From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand Matching

With the rapid development of the city and the gradual improvement of facility construction,residents’ demand for a better life is increasing.As an important carrier of production and life,urban settlements are difficult to meet the needs of residents for highquality life at this stage,especially urban old settlements,which not only account for a relatively large proportion of urban areas,but also have a series of supply and demand matching problems such as poor living environment,outdated infrastructure,social relationship division and governance difficulties that need to be solved urgently.Under the background of urban transformation from "incremental development" mode to "stock optimization",this paper first deeply understands the development context of the relevant theories and contents of urban old settlements,and analyzes and judges the theoretical connotation of micro-infrastructure in urban old settlements from the three dimensions of high quality of physical space,high quality of social space and high performance of governance mode,and constructs an evaluation method of supply and demand matching based on the perspective of supply and demand matching.Then,taking the residential area of Lane 9 of Gao’an Road as the practice object,through questionnaire survey and field visits,the needs of residents in the settlement were extracted and analyzed from the perspective of "materialsociety-governance",and based on the matching relationship between supply and demand,the gap between the current supply and the demand of residents was actually explored,and the existing contradictions and constraints in the settlement were analyzed.Finally,the microinfrastructure path strategy research is carried out on the residential area of Lane 9 of Gao’an Road,and the optimization path such as improving the sharing of physical space and the mixing of functions is pointed out.Optimization paths such as cultural identity and life reshaping of social space;The optimization path of classification and optimization of settlement governance and integration of operators provides new ideas and references for the practice of microinfrastructure construction in old urban settlements in China.
