Research On The Design Of Micro-greenways In Old Residential Areas Under The Concept Of "dual Urban Repair"

The old residential areas of the city have the characteristics of The Times.In each era,there will be environmental degradation,lack of function,spatial disorder and other problems in the residential areas.To solve these problems,large-scale demolition and reconstruction will cause a huge waste of resources,and targeted renovation is more in line with the scientific concept of sustainabledevelopment.This paper adopts literature research,field research and other methods.Through a large number of relevant studies on the design of micro-greenway in old residential areas under the concept of "double repairs of city",the blind spots in this field were screened out and the research direction of this topic was established.On the basis of subjective evaluation and objective evaluation,the evaluation system of environmental factors of the old residential areas under the concept of "double repairs of city" was constructed.The environmental problems of the old residential areas in the city were investigated randomly with the questionnaire survey method.On the basis of the survey results,the weighted average method was used to calculate and optimize the evaluation criteria of environmental factors of the old residential areas.On this basis,the existing problems in the planning and design of urban old residential areas are summarized,and the corresponding design strategies are put forward by means of case analysis,comparison and data research.Under the renewal concept of "double repairs of city",the design method of "micro greenway" is applied to organically combine the space,structure and other aspects with the ecological restoration and functional repair of the old residential areas in the city.On the premise of sustainable development concept,combined with landscape ecology,environmental psychology and other disciplines as the theoretical basis,the planning and design of the old residential area "micro greenway".Its contents include greening and landscape system design,slow moving system design,rainwater recycling and utilization design,etc.,aiming to systematically update the environment of the old residential areas,so as to mitigate the effect of the degradation of the residential environment in the old residential areas,and at the same time to provide new ideas and methods for the environmental renewal of the old urban residential areas inthefuture.
