| Non-motorized traffic and non-motorized links in public transportation are important components of traffic travel, using the walking and bicycle path system in the road network.Residential area refers to a contiguous residential area composed of several residential quarters, which is the living environment space with the closest contact with people. The closed community under the guidance of the concept of "giving priority to car dealers" leads to poor non-motorized traffic path system, unbalanced travel structure of residents and unfavorable development of green transportation.Correctly identifying the optimizable path resources and perfecting the slow-moving path system are important links in the sustainable development of cities, and are also the needs of the unity of knowledge and practice in the concept of "peopleoriented".To explore the optimization method of the non-motorized traffic path system in residential areas,we should first clarify the current situation of the path system.Based on the demand of slow travel, this study constructs an analysis framework of slow travel path system from the dual perspectives of network form and travel experience.Determine the residential area on the east side of Dalian University of Technology as an empirical investigation area to diagnose the current situation of the path system.By means of field investigation, this paper analyzes the continuity, comfort and safety of the road, and discusses the correlation between the density of the slow road network and the size of the block, and the relationship between the comfort and efficiency of the road. Then, the road network of residential area is translated into visum macrotraffic planning model, and five residential area cases at home and abroad are selected as evaluation reference.Combined with travel flow data, the road network morphological indicators are quantified and compared, and excellent design experience is drawn. It is found that the following problems exist in the non-motorized traffic path system of residential areas:(1)the paths of different land units are not well connected;(2)Each unit path system has strong introversion;(3)There is a lack of directional paths around the attraction points;(4)The matching degree between the network form of path system and the level of space environment construction is low.In view of the above problems, integrating the internal and external path resources in residential areas, this paper puts forward some optimization strategies, such as increasing the connection between inward path and structural path, adjusting the entrance guard mode, revitalizing the non-motorized traffic space, connecting parallel paths and contacting broken roads, making the non-motorized traffic path three-dimensional,repairing the intersection path and appropriately restricting the right of motor vehicles. The optimization scheme is designed from the two dimensions of road network optimization and access control mode adjustment, and a control experiment is set up to compare the optimization effect with the triple indexes of travel distance, turnover and time saving value, and provide an evaluation model that can quantitatively analyze the transformation benefits,so as to contribute to improving the slow travel quality of residential buildings, promoting the development of green transportation and the process of urban"decarbonization". |
