A Study On The Evaluation Of The Space Quality Of Urban Community Parks

The urban community park is an important recreation space carrier in the city.It is a place for residents to carry out recreational activities and a place that brings residents pleasant recreational experience.Urban parks are an important part of constructing a livable city.With the continuous development of the concept of livable cities,the recreational needs of urban residents have gradually been valued by urban planning and construction.Residents also place higher expectations on the quality improvement of urban community park recreational space.In this thesis,we take the recreation space of Xi’an urban Community Park as the research subject and the users of the urban community park as the research object.The main content of the study is to establish a quality evaluation system for the recreational space of Xi’an urban community parks.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,combined with the literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods,the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to evaluate the quality of recreation space in a more comprehensive,objective and scientific way from multiple perspectives..At the same time,Yinghua Area,Xinjiyuan Park,and Lianhu Park,are taken as examples for empirical research.Based on the results of the empirical evaluation,a targeted quality improvement strategy is proposed for the recreation space.The research is divided into the following aspects.1.Analyze the research methods and theoretical basis of urban park recreation space and space quality evaluation.Based on this,interpret the related concepts,latest theories,and evaluation methods of Xi’an urban community park recreation space,so as to lay a solid theoretical basis and scientific methods for the follow-up research.2.Acquaintance the current status of Xi’an community park recreation space according to field surveys and collection of official statistical data,By refering torelated theories of public space,quality of life and other aspects,this thesis extract the evaluation elements of Xi’an city community park recreation space quality,and summarize the recreation environment,recreation routes,infrastructure,recreational products,physiological value,education and learning,psychological value,cognitive value and other 8 indicators and 28 specific evaluation factors.We make quantitative analysis of qualitative data by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to build the evaluation system of recreation space quality of Xi’an urban community park.3.In the empirical case study,three community parks,cherry square,new era Park and Lianhu Park,are selected to evaluate the recreational space quality.According to the evaluation results,the rationality of the recreational space quality index of the community park constructed in this thesis is verified.and propose the targeted promotion strategy for problems reflected in the evaluation results.4.Through the study,the evaluation results of Yinghua Area are close to the general quality.The evaluation results of the Xijinyuan Park and Lianhu Park tend to be better.According to the evaluation results,the purpose of this article is to comprehensively understand the current status and deficiencies of recreation space quality in Xi’an urban community parks,improve the quality of Xi’an urban community parks ’recreation space,and improve the residents’ recreational experience,build the evaluation system of Xi’an urban community parks’ recreational space quality,and put forward the evaluation methods that can be popularized and used.The theoretical significance of this thesis lies in enriching the evaluation system of human geography for the study of urban community park recreation space,and providing a method basis for constructing a high-quality livable community park living space.The practical significance is that it can be used as a reference for other spatial quality related research theories and methods.
