| Urban comprehensive park is an important green space within the city,is a public place for people to carry out communication activities,but in the process of rapid urban development,public space began to expose many problems,users put forward higher requirements for park construction,the park urgently needs to start from the user’s perspective,improve the level of planning and construction and service management to meet people’s growing demand for amusement,and due to the continuous update of post-use evaluation methods,network data gradually entered the research horizon.Therefore,this paper combines the traditional post-use evaluation research method with online review data,which is used as a supplement to traditional research,adopts literature analysis method,online text content analysis method,grounded theory method,and post-use evaluation research method,takes Chengdu comprehensive park as the research object,selects three representative comprehensive parks in Chengdu to carry out post-use evaluation research,finds out the shortcomings of the current construction of parks,and then proposes optimization strategies.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The implementation plan of post-use evaluation of Chengdu comprehensive park was constructed,which was divided into three stages: preparation,evaluation and summary,and the construction mode of post-use evaluation model was innovated,based on post-use evaluation theory and rooted theory,ROST CM software and Nvivo12 software were used to analyze the online review data,and the influencing factors affecting tourists’ use satisfaction were extracted through the three-level coding process rooted in the theoretical method,and the indicators were optimized according to the literature,and then the post-use evaluation system of Chengdu comprehensive park was determined and calculate the metric weights.The weight values of the six criterion layers evaluated after the use of Chengdu Comprehensive Park were:landscape system(0.2550)> environmental quality(0.2289)> location transportation(0.1783)>infrastructure(0.1449)> Service and management(0.0 979)> history and culture(0.0949).(2)Carry out post-use evaluation research on three representative comprehensive parks in Chengdu,use network text content analysis method,field research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method to obtain park environmental elements,park comprehensive network evaluation and cognition,user basic information,usage mode and satisfaction,using qualitative and quantitative analysis combination,network data as a supplement to the survey data,and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and IPA method to analyze the questionnaire satisfaction and network satisfaction of the three parks.The comprehensive score ranking of the three parks: Huanhuaxi Park(3.940)> People’s Park(3.907)> Wangjianglou Park(3.844),all three parks belong to the V4 good grade,which is consistent with the score results of Dianping,and the satisfaction evaluation results based on network data and questionnaire research are more consistent,which confirms the feasibility of using network data to carry out post-use evaluation research.(3)Through the comprehensive comparative analysis of the three comprehensive parks,the optimization strategy for each comprehensive park is proposed,and then the common problems of Chengdu comprehensive parks are summarized,including: the sound environment quality is lacking and the park environment needs to be improved;The infrastructure is not perfect,and the needs of the population are not taken into account;The landscape construction is insufficient,and the characteristics need to be strengthened;Maintenance management is poor,and service quality needs to be improved.In view of the problems existing in Chengdu Comprehensive Park,four optimization strategies are proposed: improve environmental quality and create a comfortable atmosphere;Improve supporting facilities and segment the needs of the population;Improve the landscape system and improve the quality of the landscape;Optimize park management and upgrade service quality.With the help of grounded theoretical research methods,this paper summarizes the index elements affecting user satisfaction,constructs a post-use evaluation system for Chengdu comprehensive parks,combines traditional research data with online reviews,and carries out post-use evaluation research on Chengdu comprehensive parks,in order to provide effective reference for the planning and construction of similar parks in the future. |
