Research On The Protection And Renewal Of The North Area Of Tapautau In Qingdao Under The Background Of Urban Regeneration

Nowadays,the development of Chinese cities has changed from rapid expansion to stock renewal.The state has paid more and more attention to the new development of such urban components as old urban areas,historic urban areas,existing blocks,old residential areas and so on,which have been built for a long time but still have use value and heritage value.The state has put forward many targeted policies on " urban regeneration " and " renovation and restoration ".Therefore,this paper attempts to start with the historic urban areas with the most special and restrictive requirements for protection and regeneration,and carry out research on the protection and regeneration project in Tapautau.First of all,the author studies the current situation and related literature of urban regeneration and the protection and regeneration of historic urban areas at home and abroad.And analyzes the relevant practical cases that are generally recognized.It is concluded that under the background of urban regeneration,the regeneration of historic urban areas is a normal phenomenon.Secondly,investigate and study the history,environment,location,culture,texture,street,architecture,supporting services and other aspects of Tapautau.Through investigation,we can grasp the background,current situation,characteristics and problems of the area,and then form a more accurate understanding and understanding of the area,which can better carry out the follow-up detailed design.Then,through problem oriented.Study the conservation and regeneration of the northern Tapautau in combination with the means of conservation and regeneration of historical blocks.Propose protection and regeneration policies in three aspects: block,building and environment.Build by stages,used by period and Internet environment platform design in protection and regeneration.Finally,comprehensive protection and regeneration design will be carried out for the north plot of Tapautau.Summarize the current design,propose the contents that can be used for reference,the existing shortcomings and possible improvement directions.Realize a complete framework from theory to practice and then to improvement.
