Research On The Optimal Design Of Old Building Space From The Perspective Of Urban Organic Renewal

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the urban regional structure is constantly adjusting with the change of people’s lifestyle,and old buildings,as important witnesses of urban development,have also become the manifestations of urban characteristics and urban values.How to meet the needs of urban residents for urban life in today’s era under the premise of retaining its original urban style,optimize the old building space to improve the quality of life of residents,and promote the vitality and vitality of the area where the old building is located is an urgent problem to be solved in today’s society.This paper will take the organic renewal theory as the starting point to optimize the design of the architectural space characteristics of No.1 Dongtian Street,Nanguan District,Changchun City from the perspective of design.Nanguan District of Changchun City is the oldest urban area in Changchun,and No.1 Dongtian Street is a mixed commercial and residential building,and its overall style and spatial characteristics have certain historical representation.Taking No.1 Dongtian Street,Changchun City as a case,this paper attempts to summarize the transformation principles and strategies for the optimization of old building space,and provides theoretical and practical enlightenment for the optimization of old building space in the process of future urban renewal.The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the research background,research purpose and significance of the article,the research status at home and abroad,the research content,methods and research framework,and completes the preliminary thinking on the research content.Chapter 2 discusses the definition of old buildings and the theory of organic renewal,which provides a theoretical basis for the design principles and design strategies of the paper.Chapter 3 conducts field research and questionnaire surveys around site selection,and investigates the needs and expectations of the audience from five dimensions.The above research content is applied to the scheme design of No.1 Dongtian Street,Changchun City,Chapter 4,the key chapter of the thesis,and the transformation principle and transformation strategy are proposed,and the practical project is completed through analysis and evidence.Chapter V summarizes the full text and presents conclusions.
