Research On The Design Of Modular Configurable Mobility Aids Based On BfP

With the aging of the population and the increase of the number of disabled people,travel assistance products have attracted more and more attention from enterprises.In such a fierce competitive environment,if you want to stand out,you must meet the market demand.However,with the development of the society and the deepening of the degree of openness,users’ demand for products continues to increase,not only requiring products to achieve basic functions,but also expect them to show their personality.Facing the changing market demand,it brings great challenge to the development of enterprises.However,the traditional product design method takes the product as a whole design,for the complex structure of the product design difficulty,high cost,long cycle and product form is single and other shortcomings.Aiming at the above problems,this paper combines the BfP design method in the field of mechanical design with the industrial design field,and constructs the ID-BfP design theoretical model suitable for product design.ID-BfP design theoretical model firstly excavates user pain points through market analysis and user research,looks for product opportunities,forms a statistical table of user needs,and sorts the importance of needs to help enterprises grasp the main problems and increase the success rate of products.Then existing product module partition and classification recognition,according to the type of module identification using different design methods and module combination,the product can be transferred to a modular configurable product,and form the product series,made up for the shortcomings of traditional modular design only for single module design,at the same time with modular design reduces development difficulty,shorten the design cycle of advantages;Finally,the modules are reorganized to form modular product series,so as to transform the products into configurable products,actively respond to different customer needs,and help enterprises win higher user satisfaction.In recent years,due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,the world economy is in a state of low growth,so it is very important for enterprises to control development risks and reduce capital investment in product design.The ID-BfP design theoretical model provides a new product design idea and method for enterprises.
