Research On Innovative Design Of Health And Safety Protection Products Based On General Design Concept

Health and safety protection is an important link in the development of our human society.In the past two years,because people’s awareness of protection in daily life is not strong,the protection products used are backward,and the related health problems such as living environment and working environment are rampant,public health protection products such as protective masks,disinfection equipment and protective clothing have become necessary commodities for the whole people overnight.The continuous fermentation of health and safety problems in public space makes us see the reality and act immediately.More high protection and new intelligent protection and killing products are constantly emerging in the market.At present,there are relatively few theoretical documents and innovative design practices for public health protection products.Under this background,this paper deepens many general design concepts such as fair use and easy identification of information into the innovative design of health and safety protection products,and is committed to exploring the characteristics of health and safety protection products in user psychology and use environment,From the perspective of consumers’ psychological perception,the design strategy is integrated to provide a new design direction for the follow-up innovative design research.Firstly,this paper explains and summarizes the concept,connotation and principles of general design,and analyzes the user experience of general design products.On this basis,the classification and comparative investigation of protection products are carried out through the data collection method,and then the specific excellent cases in the market are studied by using the information Kanban analysis method.The typical target intention to be designed is refined from the perspective of man machine environment.Secondly,the general design concept is organically combined with the design of protective articles.The target objects of innovative design of protective products are divided into two categories: physical protection and chemical protection.The design elements of intended product protective mask and space environment sterilizer are analyzed by using pus modular design method,and the main design elements are obtained.Then,based on the main design elements,the design process is divided into three design contents: product form design,function design and material selection.Finally,based on the general design concept,the design of protective mask and environmental killing robot are continuously optimized,and the final design scheme of health and safety protection products is obtained.To sum up,based on the general design concept and the sanitation of public life and working environment,it helps to promote the design output of health and safety protection products,achieve the goal of "corresponding protection in different environments",solve users’ physiological and psychological problems,ensure human health,and explore a new development direction for protection and killing products,It is of great practical significance to find new competitiveness for relevant enterprises,which is the ultimate goal of this innovative design practice.
