A Study On Optimization Of Centralized Material Procurement Process Of Electric Power Enterprises

Procurement management is an important part of supply chain management and an effective way to achieve the strategic goal of "reducing costs and increasing efficiency".In recent years,as energy and environmental issues have become increasingly severe,competition in the energy market has become increasingly fierce.Power company A is a comprehensive energy company integrating power production,sales,and energy development.Since 2010,company A has implemented centralized procurement the management model has improved the quality and efficiency of procurement to a certain extent,but there are also certain problems.In the face of the current complex and accumulated market competition environment,power company A also urgently needs to improve and optimize the centralized procurement management model and process to improve the intensive to improve the overall efficiency of corporate procurement activities.This research takes A electric power enterprise as the research object,and on the basis of consulting and collecting literature materials such as supply chain management,procurement management and business process reorganization,first collates related theories as the theoretical basis,and secondly investigates and understands the purchasing management mode and concentration of electric power enterprise A the current situation of the procurement process,and then analyze the existing problems from the organizational structure,procurement process,supplier management,logistics mode and information construction,and finally propose an optimization plan and practice to verify the reliability and effectiveness of the plan.The research found:(1)There are unreasonable organizational structure,unclear division of powers and responsibilities,complicated procurement process,long cycle,inadequate supplier management,imperfect logistics mechanism,and construction of information procurement platform in the process of centralized procurement of materials for A power company Issues such as imperfections.(2)Based on the theory of supply chain management and business process reorganization,the study puts forward the overall optimization plan for the material procurement mode of A power company as follows: First,improve the organizational structure,rationally divide powers and responsibilities,realize the integration of "management and management",and improve the quality of procurement execution and efficiency;second,optimize the procurement process,avoid duplication of work and increase the time cost and labor cost of centralized procurement;third,strengthen supplier relationship management,cultivate long-term strategic cooperative suppliers through classified management and improve incentive mechanisms;fourth,optimize the logistics model reduces the pressure on the logistics warehousing center while reducing logistics costs.Fifth,improve the information-based centralized procurement platform to realize the informatized management of the entire process of centralized procurement activities of enterprises.The conclusions of this study have certain guidance and reference significance for the optimization of the centralized procurement management mode of A power company and other companies.
