As the skeleton of urban public transportation system, urban rail transit has an important impact on urban economic development and land resource allocation. There is an interactive relationship between urban rail transit and surrounding land use,the structure and intensity of land use will affect the characteristics and behavior patterns of rail transit demand, and the development of rail transit will also drive the development of surrounding land, attract various resource elements to gather, and then optimize the overall layout of the city. The size of the influence of rail transit on the surrounding land depends on its service range, and the existing research mostly selects the circular range with rail transit station as the center and fixed value as the radius as its service range, which can neither distinguish the attraction intensity of different distances, nor reflect the spatial distribution characteristics of passenger travel. In order to reasonably determine the service range boundary of the rail station, the start and end points of track users within the station area are obtained by using Auto Navi LBS data, using electronic fence technology and time threshold. The core density analysis of passenger travel start and end point, referring to the "Densi-Graph" theory and "Hie-Density" theory, the station service range is divided into three circle layers based on the change trend of spatial utilization as the judgment standard, and the service range based on fixed threshold and dot matrix distribution is compared and analyzed. The "node-place" model is introduced, the traditional model is improved, the boundary conditions of the state are determined,a comprehensive evaluation index system for measuring the value of nodes and places is constructed, and the status of the site is judged according to the measurement results of different service scopes, and the differences are analyzed.Based on the current situation of land use around rail stations, the service scope of different circles and the land use structure of different state stations were analyzed from the perspectives of POI density and land plot area, and the land use optimization goals were determined. Finally, the land use degree around the node imbalance and site imbalance site is optimized,a multi-objective optimization model is constructed using the existing plot volume ratio as the decision variable, and the improved nondominated ranking genetic algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution set and corresponding improvement measures are proposed. The results show that the multi-objective optimization method of land use around rail transit stations proposed in this paper can improve the intensive utilization of surrounding land, promote the coordinated development of rail transit and land use,and provide a reference for rationally planning the intensity of urban land development within the service area of rail transit stations.
