With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the continuous improvement of the living standards of urban residents and the increasing demand for transportation,the problems of traffic congestion,environmental pollution and energy consumption have become increasingly prominent,which has affected the quality of life of residents and urban operation.Efficiency and sustainable urban development.Therefore,in order to control the car travel and promote the harmonious development of the city,various cities in China have successively proposed policies to encourage priority development of public transportation.As the backbone of urban public transportation,urban rail transit has received more and more attention.However,as the construction of China’s rail transit lags behind the formation of urban space environment in the site area,the traffic congestion problem is still severe.Therefore,in order to promote the coordinated development of land use and transportation system in the rail transit station area,it is necessary to evaluate the rail transit station area.optimization.Based on the land use and transportation system in the rail transit area,this paper uses the node-site model to construct a comprehensive evaluation system,and takes Chengdu Metro Line 2 as the research object,and investigates the land use and transportation system of 32 stations along the line.And analysis,evaluation and analysis from the two aspects of coordination status and development level,and develop optimization strategies.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of nodes and places in the rail transit area,and analyzes the characteristics of space utilization in the site from the aspects of land use and transportation system.The intrinsic mechanism of coordination and interaction between urban land use and transportation system is taken as the entry point to explore the site area.The nature and connotation of the coordinated interaction of land use and transportation system lays the foundation for the introduction of the node-place model as the evaluation method of this paper.On the selection of evaluation indicators,the index elements set by domestic and foreign scholars are constructed,and the accessibility evaluation model is combined.Eighteen indicators are selected from the nodes and places as the evaluation indicators of space utilization(land use and transportation system)of the site.The data evaluation method and the hierarchical structure model are used to construct a comprehensive evaluation system.Secondly,32 stations of Chengdu Metro Rail Line 2 were selected as the research objects,and the selected 17 indicators were analyzed in detail.According to the evaluation results of the node-place model,the two aspects are interpreted from the coordination state and the development level.In terms of coordination status,it shows that the land use and transportation system along the line site of the rail transit line 2 is characterized by “strong accumulation,weak connection”.In the case of strict determination of the coordination relationship,the support capacity of the transportation system in most site areas is higher than the degree of land use,and the land use needs to be further strengthened.According to the judgment of the coordination state in the strict sense,the site area is divided into node lag type and Location lag type;in terms of development level,the system is clustered into four types: highly developed,higher development,lower development,and low development,and various types of sites are analyzed in depth based on site type.The motives and laws of the coordinated development of regional land use and transportation.Finally,an optimization strategy is formulated for the site of Chengdu Metro Rail Line 2 to determine the optimization principle.The highly developed and higher-developed site areas are mainly based on the coordination state to guide the site area function to further balance the trend.The node lag type should improve the transportation system supply capacity of the site area.The site lag type should optimize the land allocation of the site area and stimulate the space vitality.The lower-developing and low-developing site areas should improve the level of coordinated development according to the site type,and propose optimization suggestions from the land use and transportation system of the site area.
