| With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demand for motor vehicles, people are faced with a series of problems such as traffic congestion, scarce land resources and environmental degradation.Among them, the coordinated development of rail transit and land use is the key to promoting urban sustainable development. Therefore, this article around the city traffic and land resource allocation problems,in order to track the traffic around the site as a starting point, combining the traffic system and the optimization of land use development, the quantitative research of land use around the rail transit oriented development site optimization layout,to guide the scientific and rational urban land use to generate the optimal land use plan, provide solutions, research methods and decision-making schemes. The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,the relationship between traffic and land use are quantitatively studied on the basis of land use planning and traffic flow distribution theory for the unbalanced distribution of traffic demand caused by unreasonable construction development intensity around rail transit stations. The calculation model of land development intensity under road capacity constraint was established, and the building floor area ratio index of land development intensity was selected to optimize the model. The numerical example results show that the optimized plot ratio distribution scheme can alleviate the uneven distribution of traffic demand caused by land use and improve the operation state of transportation system under the condition that the land layout remains unchanged.Secondly,in order to rationally develop the limited land resources around rail transit stations,an optimization model of land resources utilization around urban rail transit stations is built. The model takes floor area ratio and land use allocation type as decision variables to maximize rail transit passenger flow and optimize land use structure in the study area to achieve the best land use allocation. The numerical example results show that the target value of rail transit passenger flow is greatly improved in the optimized land use scheme. However, the optimization model may overestimate the ability of the area around the rail transit station to attract rail transit passenger flow because it does not consider the influence of the transportation network system on the land use optimization results. Finally,in order to further consider the impact of transportation network on land use optimization,a rail transit development-oriented integrated optimization model of transportation and land use is constructed, which can be expressed as a two-level optimization problem. From the perspective that the land use mode guided by rail transit is conducive to attracting passenger flow and reducing carbon emissions in the research area, the upper level problem considers the two optimization objectives of maximizing rail transit passenger flow and minimizing carbon emissions of small and medium-sized vehicles in the transport network in the research area. The lower level problem considers the combined model of traffic flow allocation under the condition of traffic distribution and user equilibrium,in which the generated traffic demand changes with the change of land use layout. The numerical example results show that the optimization of floor area ratio and land use allocation type in the integrated optimization model of transportation and land use can improve the passenger flow of rail transit and reduce the total carbon emission of small and medium-sized vehicles on the road network. After considering the influence of the transportation system, the results of land use type and floor area ratio distribution show that excessive intensive development of building land should be avoided, and the construction of high-strength buildings and low-strength buildings should be focused on.This paper contains 46 figures,13 tables, and 97 references. |
