With the continuous changes in information technology fields such as big data,cloud computing,and mobile internet,a new round of industrial revolution in manufacturing,especially the crystallization of informatization and industrialization-intelligent manufacturing is poised to take off.And how to map the operation process of physical equipment in virtual space in real time has become the key to realize intelligent manufacturing.Through the study of digital twin technology,this topic designs an intelligent manufacturing production line that can complete the real-time information interaction between virtual space and physical devices,and provides ideas for solving the core problems of intelligent manufacturing.The main work of this article is as follows:1.Designed a production line based on small workpiece production as the carrier of digital twin system.The production line includes physical entities such as three-dimensional warehouses,CNC machine tools,machining centers,floor-standing industrial robots,and logistics AGVs,as well as functional components such as RFID tags,programmable logic controllers,sensors,and RFID.Through the design of the above production line,materials processing,assembly,transportation and storage can be realized.2.Since the logistics AGV platform is the key to the automated operation of the production line,the logistics AGV was designed in detail.AGV platform design includes:body structure design,motion unit design,navigation unit design,backpack cargo receiving unit design,control unit design,power and security unit design,etc.A three-dimensional model of logistics AGV based on Solidworks was established,and the drawing of system parts and the selection of some components were completed.In addition,a tracking correction method based on fuzzy control was designed to correct the actual driving trajectory of the AGV,and simulation experiments were performed to realize the AGV tracking correction based on fuzzy control and the automatic handling of materials.3.Designed the digital twin system of the production line.It mainly includes digital twin system architecture design,virtual model modeling of different physical devices based on Tecnomatix platform,and data collection based on OPC UA technology.4.The simulation test of the digital twin system is carried out.Based on the production process of fingertip gyro production order,the simulation experiment of this digital twin system is completed,which verifies the system’s virtual monitoring of production line production.
