| As the birthplace of the pre-Qin culture,the Guantian area has a long history and culture.The existing traditional houses are mainly in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The courtyard form is affected by the layout of the streets and lanes.The courtyard is compact and the layout is narrow.The building materials are mainly raw soil,brick and wood.At present,the relevant scholars ’ research on traditional dwellings mainly focuses on architectural design,architectural history and theory,architectural technology,planning,cultural relics protection,materials science and civil engineering.Each major has its own unique academic perspective.Among them : the architectural design direction mainly focuses on the activation and utilization of architectural space functions;the historical direction of architecture mainly focuses on the cultural context and construction technology of traditional dwellings;the direction of architectural technology mainly focuses on the use of functional and comfort issues;the planning direction mainly focuses on the overall development of traditional houses and the surrounding environment;the direction of cultural relics protection focuses on the protection of cultural relics;civil engineering and materials science mainly focus on the safety of structures and the durability of materials.There is no mature theoretical research on the appropriate protection of traditional dwellings in renewal and utilization.However,under the historical background of rural revitalization in China,the protection and renewal of traditional dwellings are facing new opportunities and challenges.Due to the fact that the development of architectural heritage protection and renewal design theory lags behind the implementation of actual protection projects,excessive intervention has led to the destruction of its value attributes.In view of the above problems and background,the main research contents of this paper are as follows :Firstly,through literature and field research data,the construction technology and existing problems of traditional residential walls in Guantian area are systematically sorted out.Combined with the theory of historical building protection,the value of traditional residential walls in Guantian area was evaluated.This paper discusses the quantitative evaluation method of its scientific value attribute based on wall materials and construction technology,and discusses the quantitative evaluation method of its artistic value attribute based on carving decoration technology.Secondly,combined with the survey data,the problems of traditional residential wall diseases are systematically classified,and the causes of major structural diseases are qualitatively analyzed.On this basis,various diseases are quantitatively evaluated and analyzed.According to the force transmission relationship between different types of timber frames and walls,the structural system is simplified and the force transmission analysis is carried out,and the importance level of different parts of the wall for structural safety is obtained.Finally,based on the evaluation methods such as analytic hierarchy process and decision analysis software yaahp,combined with the evaluation conclusions of the above quantitative research,the existing protection measures of the wall are reviewed and summarized,and the strategies and methods of moderate protection of traditional residential walls are discussed through quantitative methods. |
