Research On The Color Protection Of Traditional Dwellings Based On BIM Technology

As the carrier of intangible cultural heritage,traditional dwellings carry rich regional culture and historical information.With the gradual improvement of people’s pursuit of spiritual level,the value of traditional dwellings has been recognized by all sectors of society,and the research on the protection of traditional dwellings has become particularly urgent.BIM Technology is an emerging technology in the construction industry.After nearly 20 years of development and improvement,BIM Technology has been widely used in various fields of the construction industry.BIM Technology is also suitable for the field of traditional residential protection.The advantages of BIM Technology in information mapping,life cycle management and design visualization expression can make the traditional residential protection more efficient and reasonable.In this paper,through the theory of BIM Technology and related case studies,to understand the BIM Technology and its practical application,summed up the advantages of BIM Technology in the protection of ancient buildings,as a reference for the protection of traditional dwellings.This paper makes a lot of research on the current situation of traditional dwellings in Shunhe North Street of Daokou ancient town from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,understands the environment of traditional dwellings,and summarizes the current situation of traditional dwellings in Shunhe North Street from three levels of the whole street,courtyard and single dwellings.Combined with BIM Technology,this paper studies the protection of traditional dwellings in Shunhe North Street from three aspects: putting forward the protection principles and strategies;In view of the investigation problems,the corresponding protection technical measures are studied;This paper selects BIM software which is suitable for the protection of traditional dwellings,introduces the concept of "family",and proposes the use of phased building information model to record and visualize the information of the protection and design of traditional dwellings.Finally,taking the West Sixth courtyard of Shunhe North Street as an example,this paper carries out practical research on the protection of traditional dwellings based on BIM Technology,combs the creation process of the family library and building information model of the West Sixth courtyard,and studies how to use the building information model to record,manage and visualize the relevant information of the current situation and design stage of the West Sixth courtyard.
