Under the background of intensive utilization of urban land resources and rapid development of rail transit,urban complex gradually opens itself up and turns to threedimensional and complex development,in which rail transit is involved.At the same time,with the increasing demand for rail transit in big cities,peak passenger flow and its accompanying tidal phenomenon have gradually become the normal operation of stations,and the connection space between rail transit stations and urban complexes is often blocked.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to rationally organize the metro station space and balance the contradiction between the increasing passenger flow and the restricted access space for improving the travel environment of urban residents and building a harmonious,livable and sustainable modern city.This paper takes the spatial chain composed of urban complex,connection space and subway station as the research object,and seeks the optimal design method of joint development of complex and subway station with the orientation of efficiency and capability.Firstly,this paper defines the related concepts and research scope of spatial efficiency of the space chain,and summarizes the composition and combination mode of the space chain based on the existing domestic metro station spatial chain projects.Secondly,based on the existing research on spatial effectiveness evaluation,the main contents of spatial chain spatial effectiveness evaluation are determined,and the evaluation method of spatial chain spatial effectiveness is established.On this basis,by establishing the prototype model of the spatial chain and extracting the typical pedestrian scheme of the spatial chain,the spatial efficiency of the spatial chain of the metro station domain was simulated under different spatial chain modes,different area levels and different pedestrian schemes.Finally,based on the comparative study of the above simulation results and guided by the comprehensive spatial efficiency optimization,this study summarized and proposed the matching law of "pattern-area-flow" of the spatial chain,as well as the corresponding spatial chain pattern selection,area level allocation and pedestrian flow matching strategy,in order to provide theoretical guidance and strategic reference for the spatial efficiency optimization of the metro station domain spatial chain. |
