With the large-scale construction of urban rail transit operation,urban rail transit and the interaction of urban space are highly increasing,especially the rail transit station affected zone and the surrounding area urban activity spot area have great common and similar in many characteristics such as classification,passenger flow distribution,location advantage,urban land use characteristics,city spatial space morphology.How to make the urban rail transit site and the urban space node give full play to the advantages of mutual support and coordinated development become the key and starting point of planning.The purpose of this paper is to through the research of rail transit site area and coupling relationship of the urban space node on the micro level,in order to achieve the coordination and efficient land use between urban rail transit and urban spatial structure.At start this thesis through the analysis of the background and significance of the study,after the analysis of research status between domestic and abroad,find the breakthrough point.Secondly after theoretical research part between urban rail transit and urban space on the influence mechanism analysis,focuses on the rail transit station and the urban activity node,especially on coupling process and interaction mechanism between the above two nodes,To quantify the coupling static and dynamic influence factors,establish spatial coupling model of the rail transit site and the urban space node.By coupling calculation,determine the different coupling standard.To establish a "spatial coupling optimization" as the goal of urban rail site area of land development and the planning and construction model.Based on the theory and method of the former chapters,to analysis xi 'an metro line 2 extension site area.Put forward appropriate planning adjustment and development strategy for the future of the metro extension area achieve the goal of better spatial coupling.
