| In recent years,along with the continuous development of regional projects,the domestic “The Belt and Road Initiative”concept regional sectors face unprecedented strategic opportunities.Thus,the CX project comes into being,jointly created by National Ministry of Education and Shaanxi Province.This project covers an area of1,750 mu,with a total of 52 units and a total construction area of 1,594,400 square meters.This project has the following characteristics;Mass volume,far-reaching dependencies,complex construction process,and large number of participating organizations.Therefore,the construction collaborative management level of CX project plays a crucial role in achieving the construction goals of completing this project on time.This article takes the CX project as the research object.On the basis of in-depth understanding and analysis of the current situation,existing problems and causes of collaborative management in the construction of the CX project,this article analyzes the influencing factors and operation mechanism of collaborative management in the project operation.It discusses In-depth exploration of the interrelationship and importance of eight key influencing factors.This article selects and optimizes the evaluation factors of the construction collaborative management level of the CX project,and established an evaluation model which is suitable for the construction collaborative management level of the CX project.Applying expert subjective scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,it calculates weighing proportion of the first-level collaborative subsystems and the second-level indicators of the efficient collaborative management in the project.This article also uses the entropy weight method to calculate the objective weight of index,and make a quantitative analysis for the subjective and objective judgment of the efficient collaborative management of this project operation.Finally,grey correlation theory calculation model,CX project operation synergy model and the proposed composite evaluation method,these are applied to the evaluation and analysis of the influencing factors,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the collaborative management of project operation for similar construction enterprises.Through the studies of the evaluation results of the efficient collaborative management factors during the operation of the CX project,this article designs strategies and corresponding safeguard measures to effectively improve the collaborative management of project operation,and provides reference experiences and theoretical methods for solving the similar type of project operation issues in construction enterprises. |
