From the last century in 60s, The first wearable product appears. Hardware problems of wearable products have begun to be resolved gradually. From the anticipation of market development, Wearable products are becoming the fastest growing areas which take over permute mobile phone. Wearable products bring opportunities to service design with the trend of marketization、datamation、networking. The service design thinking、process and methods to be applied to the system of wearable products, it will help improve the user satisfaction and form User-Viscosity of wearable products.I study the Expectation Confirmation Model and the Kano model and find the correlation between the ECM and Kano model, formed the study model of User-Viscosity. Based on the concept of service design, I conduct investigation by service design tools and get the user demands of Sports health class wearable products. With the deep analysis of user demands, output the type of user demands and the weight of the user’s demands. On the basis of analysis results, I concluded the Sports health class wearable products User-Viscosity enhancement method and demonstrate it through design practice. Provide a guiding significance for designers. |
