With the deepening of China’s "14th Five-Year Plan",energy and new infrastructure to seize the new momentum of historical development,the country continues to increase investment in power,energy and communication infrastructure,and cable products are essential industrial products in the national infrastructure.Although the cable industry started later than the western countries,the market scale has gradually expanded into an important industry segment.As a high-end product research and development and production of ZT technology company in the past few years in the market sales share of the forefront,but in the recent three years,the growth of marketing is weak and the development and promotion of new products is blocked.In order to solve the current sales problems of cable products of ZT Technology Company,this paper intends to adopt STP theory and 4P marketing theory as the theoretical basis,based on the selection of market segmentation and market target of ZT technology company and reposition the market.Through internal interview and external customer questionnaire survey,it is found that ZT technology cable products currently have problems such as single product and lack of combination,unique pricing strategy and not obvious advantages,single marketing channel and lack of effective management,conservative promotion means and lack of promotion efforts,and so on.In combination with the practical situation of ZT company market positioning of science and technology and puts forward the optimal solution,in terms of product research and development of new products and increase the product portfolio,price bidding strategies and optimize cost price,the channel increase agent marketing model and combination area management and sales promotion to increase promotion way to improve brand influence,also provide specialized services.Through the above marketing strategy optimization,it is hoped that ZT Technology Company will open a new situation in the cable product sales,regain the leading position and lasting brand influence in the target market segment,and help the new development of the cable industry.
